We spent a week docked in Sampson Cay Club. It was the perfect spot to dock our boat and explore all the islands. Enjoyed swimming with the nurse sharks that hung out around the dock, morning runs on the island, and the quite, secluded beaches on Sampson. A short boat ride away you can snorkel Thunderbird grotto, and feed the...

Stumbled upon Sampson while cruising the Exumas. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Would like to espicially thank the manager and his wife Kathy for all the local information. Made us feel very welcome even tho we were not staying in the marina or cottages. Nice store for provisioning. A must stop next time cruising through...

I had the opportunity to stay in the Exumas at Sampson Cay in October 2012, the staff including management, chefs, store clerk and waiters/waitresses were gracious and accommodating. I was very impressed with the quality of food, housing and customer care. I wish I could go back every year! I viewed all the properties on the island but stayed in...

We spent a week in the marina and had an incredible time. The marina store had the best selection of produce we could find in the Exumas! The marina was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Mike (the manager) and Cathy (his wife) for snorkeling tips and overall great customer service. The island...

We have docked in this marina many times and so far this year have spent more than 3 weeks in cumulative nights. Everyone is so very helpful and any request we have had has been met in a timely manner and exceptionally. The dock masters, Fly and Rock are right on it, well informed and always within reach. The marina...

We docked for five nights at Sampson Cay and found it the most beautiful island in the Exumas. We had great service from Mike and Cathy who were fun, forward, and conscientious of making sure all guests were respected and provided for. We fed nurse sharks off the dock, swam with them around the island, and explored the many hidden...

We had a great daytrip out of the northern Exuma town of Barre Terre with Capt. Bob Smith of Coastline Adventures, but this is where Bob brought us for lunch. The place felt like a clip joint for people for whom money is not an object. Main course Catch of the Day is $18, with no sides whatsoever. Listed as...

I visited in August 2012 and stayed on my brothers boat. Since there were 3 other boats in our party we had a nice time among ourselves. I understood that the billionaire John Malone owned the little cay. So we were all surprised at the lack of service in the restruant. What was offered simply was not worth eating at...

While visiting Staniel Cay, my husband and I took a small Boston Whaler out for the day. We stumbled upon Sampson Cay Club in the middle of the afternoon just about the time we were ready for a cocktail. We had also heard on the VHF that morning that they were serving 2for1 pizzas so we figured it was as...
