A little dissapointed with the menu and the food, Took my family for a meal last weekend and was greeting with friendly staff. I had heard good things about the Sunday roasts but in my opinion it was a let down, Most of the food was barely warm with only the gravy hot. Family do not want to go back...

My Wife and I were in the area on a Sunday lunchtime and some fool recommended this dump! We both had beef dinners which were stone cold and promptly sent back! The veg was brought to the table by two waitresses and dumped on the plates! It was tasteless all round, with thick custard type gravy! We left rather rapidly!...

I've only ever been to the bar here so couldn't even imagine what the hotel is like, the bar is basic but not bad service and some good bands at times, don't expect too much as Neath of an evening can be a bit of a cattle market, and, don't get too drunk or you may break your neck going...

Was there few days ago with my mum. When. We arrived and the hall and room is very smelly. Carpets were lumpy. THe furniture, some people wrote on it. Pop drinks at bar taste so cheap. Would never never return to that awful hotel!

I would like to thank Jane and her staff for a wonderful baby shower on Sunday. Due to a near by hotel cancelling the booking 24 hours before the baby shower which was booked and deposits paid well in advance. The ambassador hotel went above and beyond to cater for all of us at such short notice. I know my...

I was a guest from 12 Sept 15 until 11 March 16. The Ambassador hotel & Presidents restaurant is a configuration of a few shops that have been renovated and adapted into a hotel with two restaurants and two bars. A family run business, the staff from managers down to the cleaners could not do enough to help, the food...

Was there last weekend when the Scots were in town and it was a jumping place but it's very spartan. The rooms are cold and when you don't have a shower or toilet it's a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is decent but I wouldn't go back in a hurry.
