Just had a week in Ty Twt, which is the cottage for 2 people. I was concerned on booking it might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed for a self catering holiday was in the cottage. The bed was enormous and so comfy. The hot tub and sauna were just perfect after a long day...

We stayed at Cwm Connell in late June. On arrival we received a really warm and genuine welcome from Lisa. The cottage was beautifully appointed, comfortably furnished and peaceful... SOOO peaceful. Homemade welsh cakes on arrival were scrumptious. The grounds are laid out so as to maximise privacy. The 'shared' hot tub and sauna aren't really 'shared' at all. The...

what a little gem this place is! Amazing views on the drive in and the cottage 'Fron haul' was just perfect for 4 of us. Beds were comfortable and the duvets and pillows better than some 5* hotels we've been to! Enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna, a real treat. Ventured out on the path to Ceibwr beach and...

Stayed during the week for a retreat with the dog and found the whole place just perfect and stress free. What a beautiful location yet just a short drive to town. Excellent clean cottage with access to the new hot tub and sauna. The walk down to the beach with a loop back to the nearby garden centre for a...

Sure, it can be a bit difficult to find initially and you're not sure what to expect when you're coming down the 400 meters of dirt road, but what awaits you is a slice of cottage heaven! You feel instantly at a second home and there are many nice touches that really give the place a sense of quality that...

On arrival we were impressed: The cottage was even nicer and more comfortable than we could possibly be presented in the internet or in a prospectus. Lisa with her charm and cheerfulness took care that the few odds had been resolved after we had hardly noticed them. Paul and Lisa were very open and dropped numerous insider suggestions for things...

We just spent a week in one of these beautiful little cottages and couldn't rate them highly enough! Lisa and Paul have gone to great efforts to make this picturesque part of Wales feel like a home from home, with open fires and comfy beds to help you chill out after a long afternoon walking in the stunning surrounding countryside....

As holidays go this is perfect if you want a comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting close to great walks and some of the UKs best beaches. A holiday destination which we found by chance, and what a lucky chance. Closed, fenced dog walking field for early morning and later night runs was a a huge bonus. Mrs Badger came...

This was our first visit to Cwm Connell and hopefully not our last! If peace and quiet is what you crave then this is right for you. Loved the wild life too, the badgers were amazing. Very close to beaches, our favourite was Poppit Sands which was great for children and dogs. Most mornings we did a circular walk from...
