This is the third time we have stayed with Alvin and David and once again everything was first class. Accommodation is spotlessly clean and an excellent breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day. Look forward to visiting again in 2017.

We hope you had a good day in Barmouth after leaving us especially as the weather on the weekend was so good. We were pleased you enjoyed the Indian in Fairbourne too. We appreciate your very kind comments and for taking the time to write this review.

Alvin and David have a comfortable, clean and superbly maintained bed and breakfast with wonderful views. They are also so helpful about the local area. You will not be disappointed with anything. Good hearty breakfast with local produce.

This place is so clean and comfortable . We had lots of room and we liked the way family room is split in two. The owners are very pleasant and helpful . There are beautiful views from the windows . I would use the B and B again and again. The only down side was the parking on the path...

We were pleased that you managed to do so much whilst you were here, and hope that you had a good journey home. We were sorry to hear of your worry about the parking. Whilst we recommend parking on the verge opposite Einion House (as we do not have private parking), we appreciate it is not suitable for every vehicle...

Excellent, good accommodation and lots of help and advice from Alvin & David. If it's ever possible I will return. This area of Wales (Southern Snowdonia) repays the investment of far more time than I could give be it Trains, Walking, Cycling to Wildlife. Don't miss the Mawdach Trail.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with this little gem. Our hosts were amazing and the whole place was spotless. We had twin beds which were so comfy and the linen was immaculate. Breakfast was fabulous, and even the coffee was superb.

We returned to Enion House for our third visit, this time with dad and we were welcomed as though we were family. Alvin & David were the perfect hosts providing information on local attractions, breakfasts that were plentiful and tasty and a fastidiously clean environment. It was a very wet weekend but our spirits were not dampened by this as...

The weather was against us when we arrived but we were very impressed throughout our visit, not only by the friendliness of the proprietors throughout our time there, such lovely guys, but the whole place was immaculate, couldn't be faulted in any way. If we had to score they would get 10 out of 10

My friend and I stayed for one night (should have been longer as it was nice) as it is very rare to find one which offers such very high standards of welcome, cleanliness and relaxation. My Mum and I had a wonderful stay at Einon House, for my Mum's birthday. On request, Alvin very kindly arranged for a bottle of bubbly to be in our room on arrival, which made a lovely surprise for my Mum.
