Hotel's Favourite
Have visited Sandestin multiple times with children. We were looking for something more exclusive and “adult” - and we found it! New beautiful hotel with fresh flowers everywhere! Rooftop pool and bar very nice. Restaurant Ovide was our best meal the entire stay and Raphael provided great service! Lots of great perks - cookies each night, drinks at check in, wine tasting, exercise classes, free bikes, and more were all part of the resort fee. Location was heart of Baytown and right near the Wharf. Staff was great - valet Team very informative, especially Jace. Would go back and stay in a heartbeat.

In all my travels I have yet to experience such a unique hotel as Effie. The heated pool was on the roof and had a bar/lounge/food where we got drinks and AMAZINGLY tasty food. The restaurant on the first floor has food that is an absolutely delight to the taste buds.

Beautiful spa and best.facial.ever. I am a local and have visited the spa several times. We love the rooftop during off season and enjoy the lobby bar for drinks and appetizers. I’ve have several treatments at Spa Lilliana and today had the”BR Facial” 90 minutes with Riann. This is the best facial that I’ve ever received. Her expertise and experience are both beyond impressive! I’m so happy to finally find a facialist here locally. Hotel Effie is a jewel and Spa Lilliana is wonderful. So happy to have found this place and Riann!

I stayed at Effie at the beginning of December for 1 night. It was awesome! Great location and beautiful clean hotel. Comfy bed, immaculate room, helpful friendliness where ever I went. Huge shoutout to desk agent Bogi and manager Jo for being very informative and helpful. I would also mention houseman Hector for helping me out when I needed something from front desk. Also housekeeper Yasica and José for being extremely helpful during my stay and making sure that my room is meeting ny expectations.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff from the time you arrive to your departure are amazing! All were friendly and most helpful. The cookies in the evenings was a nice treat. The restaurant and food was excellent. My favorite memory will be my time at the Spa! My masseuse Cara was the best! Her voice was so calming and relaxing. In addition check-in and check-out by Brandon made this a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the bathroom. Very impressed with the restaurant and staff. Food was delicious! Food was so good we decided to have dinner and breakfast there each day. The grounds were beautiful and allowed for nice strolls. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at Hotel Effie in Sandestin. The property is fresh, new and beautiful. The staff were all nice and helpful. The location is great and walkable to nice restaurants and a short walk to the marina. We had a balcony, king, marina view room and it was great. We look forward to our next trip.

Everything was on computer or text. TV did not work efficiently. Computerized thermostat did not respond. Nice facility and location, but hidden fees were excessive. Every service was connected to computer media and I felt like there was no privacy. Disclaimers accompanied each and every operation for service, internet, valet parking and TV> Just like the disclaimers at the end of this Trip Advisor !!
