Spent an evening and night with my wife to get away for a day and were not disappointed in anyway. Nice warm welcome, very friendly bar, fabulous new ensuite room and very nice food. Place feels cozy, relaxing and will definitely come again. Well worth a visit.

A warm & friendly welcome as always, delicious Sunday Roast and Pork & Haggis Wellington followed by Pear & Raisin Crumble with Custard to share. Chef is first class, menu is very reasonably priced, food top notch & the owners are great hosts. Perfect on a cold winters evening!

They even got up to make us bacon sandwiches to take on our trip out at 5.30am. We will definitely be returning next year. If you book here...

Visited here just after New Year and spent a lovely evening in the bar and a night in one of the rooms. I have to say I slept in the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with proper pillows (not those flat sheets of foam you get in most hotels) and super facilities. The proprietors are really friendly...

This time we stayed for two nights and from the start it was obvious that things are getting better and better. We arrived in the early evening to find...
