Room very adequate, actually very nice. Bed very comfortable and felt new. Staff friendly. So all good and then - they're wifi is free! Yes, you can use wifi free but it is limited, its like going back in time SLOW - and then the bit that annoys, you are offered an upgrade to faster for £5:00. Why should I...

Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel is usual premier inn standards. Tip if you book ask for one of the new rooms. There was an extension added and the new rooms are far superior to the original with large TVs and mood lighting. Original rooms are ok but could do with updating. Busy hotel for business not really family orientated. Have...

We stayed here a couple of weekends on the trot and each time had a friendly welcome by the reception staff along with a good nights sleep. Staff on both occasions were friendly and helpful, not easy when you consider on arrival on our first stay their computer system was down. Thanks Donna. As said in other review the restaurant...

The hotel and staff were brilliant, warming professional and were happy to help with all requests. Was a little disappointed as the only place to eat was over at a Bewers Fare which service was poor other then that really highly recommended

The staff are wonderful and friendly and will go out of their way to help with anything they can. The hotel is warm and comfortable. The location is good for where we want to be. The food is reasonable but it would be nice to have a few healthy options on the menu.

Restaurant does not cater for vegans. A bowl of chips was the only thing that my daughter could eat! Thank goodness we had stopped for food at a Harvester pub enroute, veganot food a plenty there! Come on premier at least ensure the attached restaurants cater for all.

Stayed for 2 nights as 3 adults and 1 toddler and from the moment of booking i was impressed. I wanted to make sure that we had 2 rooms with an interconnecting door so that we could share the care of the toddler and leave him to sleep in one room whilst we were still up in the other room...

Andrea and Linda and the team make your stay easy and comfortable - they're personable, engaging and always have a warm welcome. Everyone is accommodating to small requests and the rooms are well presented. Make sure you get a room on the car park side for quieter night sleep.

It is the little things that I like about Premier Inns. 1.Room lighting that enables you to read and see what you are doing. 2. Large rooms 3. Somewhere to put your wash bag. 4. Comfortable beds 5. Showers that are easy to operate and work. 6. Quality towels of a decent size
