Stayed here for one night and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff throughout. Room was clean, warm and the extremely comfortable bed gave us an undisturbed nights sleep. Overall great value for money!

Firstly I want to praise you lovely receptionist Neil, who was fab on the phone prior to arrival and great at his job when we arrived. My complaint which I did tell Neil about initially was about my breakfast at the Brewers fair attached to here . I have a dietary need and asked what the juice was in the...

Good hotel, but quite noisy if you are in a room facing the road. Brewers Fayre next door but was quite busy and would advise booking a table if you want to eat there. Good value for money for area. Cleanliness as expected and staff very friendly.

Brilliant stay. Lovely welcoming helpful premier staff. Making the stay a pleasant experience. I particularly like the new rooms. They have a lift. In particular I would like to mention Andrea taking a special interest in you. I would highly recommend this premier inn.

My husband is disabled following a major operation and this was our first stay away from home after he came out of hospital. We booked an accessible room. The room was a little cold and Neil on reception brought us a free-standing heater and extra duvet so that we were toasty warm. He couldn't have been kinder, and I now...

Booked an overnight stay at The Premier Inn as we were attending a 30th birthday party in the area. Our initial room was very cold but the problem was immediately resolved by moving us to another room. The bed was so comfortable my husband and I slept until 8:00am which is quite unusual. We opted for the buffet breakfast option...

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel clean and tidy. Basic but comfortable accommodation with adjacent Brewers Fayre offering good meals at reasonable prices. Service a little slow during busy periods. There is also a McDonalds restaurant close by. The measures in place to counter the traffic noise from the nearby main road are very effective. Would visit again.

The staff are wonderful, the location good, noise is at a minimum, the next door pub does good food. The pillows and bed though are awful - and when you don't sleep that is the worst possible thing. There was also insufficient heating - a ceiling mounted blow heater was supposed to be controlled from within the room to adjust...

Hi there Thanks for your review of our Ripley Premier Inn. I am very sorry to read that the bed and pillows were not to your liking during your recent stay with us and also for the problems you had encountered regarding the room temperature.
