We always try and stay at either the Cottage or the Dairy when we visit Grafton. Lorraine has set the houses up with everything you could need including a very generous breakfast. The beds are so comfy. The decor is gorgeous and the setting is so peaceful. I will always come back and definitely recommend travelers to stay here.

We stayed in the Ivy Cottage on our wedding night and a few nights after for mini honeymoon. We are local to the Clarence Valley but wanted an escape for a couple of nights and we could not have chosen a better place. It was so beautiful. Whenever I have family and friends needing a place to stay this will...

We stayed in Ivy Cottage for a couple of days. It's absolutely beautiful - completely tastefully furnished in keeping with this little 100 year old house. There's everything you need ;- plus more. Lovely bedroom; bathroom (including claw-foot bath); kitchen (including a fabulous stove) - also a marvellous view out into the countryside, complete with kangaroos grazing and a really...

When needing accommodation in Grafton this cottage we stayed in surprised us with its fastidious cleanliness, excellent breakfast supplies and so many extras you don't normally find elsewhere. Full size bathroom with somewhere to put toiletries. Good for stays up to a week or more and located on a road just bipassing Graftons main centre. Excellent if wanting to simply...

We stayed overnight at the Dairy Cottage and found it wonderful. Very comfortable, with excellent facilities, a lovely rural outlook and with very generous afternoon tea and breakfast offerings in the cottage. It was also excellent value.

If it's privacy and relaxation you want then this is the place for you. Tom and Lorraine will greet you with a smile then leave you to enjoy your stay in their fully self contained freestanding cottages. You'll find enough food in the fridge to feed an army, and even some lovely fresh home baking. The cottages are charmingly decorated...

Fabulous compact modernised with retro furniture cottage with every facility you can think of. Cosy and comfortable. 2 TVs ,home made slice and cookies, even port for after dinner. Kangaroos and two cute Shetland ponies out the back. . Great place not far out of Grafton. Wish I'd "borrowed" some farm fresh eggs !!

We loved this place! So peaceful and relaxing. We stayed with our two daughters, aged 1&5yrs. They loved feeding the ponies and watching the Roos in the paddock adjacent to the cottage. So superior to a motel and nice to have so much space for just a night. The breakfast options left for us are generous and would suit almost...

Just perfect in every way. Faultless. It has the largest claw foot bath and bathroom you could wish for. And farm eggs in the fridge. And kangaroos in the paddock outside. Smokers have 2 verandahs to choose from (screened from the mozzies) and the period nic nacks throughout are a treat. Just perfect and only a 5 minutes drive to...

I drive past these cottages regularily on business trips, but whilst returning home from a Qld Xmas holiday i needed a half way stop over on my way home to Sydney. First time travelling with a very active Kelpie, fnding an accomodating property that would accept dogs was not going to be easy! I hit the jackpot at Belvoir. We stayed...

“The two bedroom Ivy Cottage would be suitable for up to four people, no internet (unless you bring it with you), probably not suited for small children, infants or people with disabilities.”
