A little ways out there but well worth the drive. The family visited for lunch during our sightseeing tour so we didn't stay at the Inn. The staff were very friendly and the ambience...that view and sea breeze was so refreshing. We tried the local cuisine of flying fish and breadfruit cou-cou. As with most places in Barbados the serving...

My husband and I visited twice for lunch last week. The setting is just fabulous. Wonderful views of Bathsheba beach and a choice of sitting inside or out. There wasn't much shade outside so we chose to sit inside but still had a wonderful view. The food was excellent and not bad value considering the setting. It does get crowded...

The Round House , Bathsheba, Barbados 25/03/17 There's no doubt that this is an exceptional venue for an idyllic, quiet, off the grid vacation, for those who are not addicted to technology ( no room phones or fridges, or TV). The views from the hotel are breathtaking -literally - as the wind can take your breath away! The peaceful tranquility...

Sorry, not impressed. Doesn't meet the promises of the advertising. No fridge as was promised on the advertising, very basic furniture some of which was broken, and the only amenity was bar soap. The kicker though was that they kept turning our water off. Disturbed by staff twice, once with great blows to the door. Unbelievable, like terrorism of the...

We had taken a trip out to Bathsheba to see the coast and bathe in the pools. The round house sits above the pools so decided to have lunch here. We didn't have a reservation but were able to get a table. Not right by a window but we still had a great view of the ocean. The food was...

Had a wonderful lunch overlooking crashing waves and roiling surf. Menu is great. We couldn't decide what to have as everything looked good. The pulled pork sandwich is delicious! Fun day trip. Bring you surfboard!!

We returned here for our visit and were not disappointed with the food which as as good as last time. We found the waitress pushy to get us to order which spoilt our relaxation as the restaurant wasn't busy at midday. The prices have gone up quite bit since last time but the quality remains as good as always

We chose to be on the East coast which is totally different from the South and West. Both those are very busy, highly commercialised and overdeveloped. It's quiet and cheaper in the East. Much windier though and the sea rougher. Great for surfers and there are nearby sheltered coves for bathing from beautiful quiet beaches. If you have a car...

Been coming here for 20 years. The location is superb, with spectacular, unrivalled views. And that is why you come! The service is often haphazard, sometimes disinterested, and the food consistently average, never bad. The fruit punch is a delight. But somehow , as you look out, all this seems relatively unimportant.

My wife and I booked the suite (room 4) for one night whilst touring the east coast of Barbados. We were very impressed with the rustic charm of the spacious and airy suite; which is situated on the top flier of the inn. It was very roomy indeed and had spacious two balconies - each with a spectacular view of...
