Although we only spent one night at The White Horse it was a pleasant experience. Room great and the pub food good. Best of all was the host / owner of the hotel. Attentive, pleasant to deal with.

We stayed in this pub whilst visiting friends in Oxford. Oxford is such a lovely city..we walked up the river, in a city there is countryside and beauty of nature. There are lots of street cafes/bakers so food is easy, plenty of places to visit....More
Came across by accident but had a lovely lunch. Had the lighter options but they were very both tasty, interesting and they do marvellous chips! Really nice pub with real fire going. But there is also an outside seating area out back for warmer days.
