Wow! This place is a little gem. Very short walk to a fabulous sandy beach and close to everything you would need to have fun. The Old Rectory is the only B & B in Brean. The rooms are in blocks of 6 chalets and are perfect in every way. We spent 2 nights here and we were very comfortable....

We have just stayed two nights at the Old Rectory with our puppy and will definitely be returning in future. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Perfect location...just over from a beautiful dog friendly beach. We had an afternoon tea in the old rectory's tea room...

We have stayed here before and it was as delightful as the first time. We had a lovely clean fresh room. The breakfast was excellent and the location perfect. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great location and great food and a lovely clean room.

This was a great little find, with a fab family room for us, lovely breakfast and a lovely little garden and small play area. Really good location for Brean Sands and Weston, away from the noise and bustle. Will stay here again.

Made welcome by friendly staff and owners. there is a friendly dog that likes having a ball thrown for it to fetch, but it doesn't approach you unless you encourage it. My granddaughter who is terrified of dogs quickly overcame her fear and became...

The staff are rude, the bar closes at 7pm and the breafast is without dought the most discusting plate of food I have ever seen. Couldn't eat anything. You can see the chef cooking away in the kitchen as you walk past the window dripping with sweat. I am not fussy but this was a big mistake. It's not cheap...

We stayed at this hotel over a busy weekend. The children loved it, we found it comfortable and clean, and had a nice breakfast in the conservatory. I was a bit worried when I read the other reviews on here, not sure how people slated this place, we liked it and will be back if in the area again.

Our room consisted of a double bed, single bed and a set of bunk beds. Was slightly crowded but we were happy enough and it was a lovely change not to have to book two separate rooms for all of us! Room was very clean. Shower was ok and a cup for the sink to rinse mouth was missing. Friendly...

Just returned from staying a couple of nights. We arrived with our two little dogs and were made very welcome by Wendy and Stuart. We were shown to a lovely room which was perfect for us. Bed very comfy and lovely hot shower. We had cooked breakfast both mornings which we felt was excellent value and delicious cooked by Stuart....
