small, cramped room, without the space to open suitcases. surprisingly, no mirror over the sink, and not a single hook to hang anything. Sandra, was friendly enough, but seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. chastised me for not wanting blood sausage for breakfast. TV came to live in the middle of the night all by itself, not much sleep.

We were given a warm welcome by Sandra who offered us a hot drink on arrival. She didn't mind that we arrived a little bit wet and dishevelled in our motorbike gear. This is a working farm and therefore a very busy lady, but nothing was too much trouble. We were only stopping for one night on our travels around... More

We arrived after the stated check in time but the room was still being cleaned (well after 4pm?!) nonetheless we were offered tea which came with some chocolate bars while we waited. Room very clean and beds comfortable but the ensuite bathroom was tiny and in need of some repair. The sink came away from the wall and the taps... More

Sandra couldn't do too much to help. Booking.com had messed up our booking (wow!) and eventhough she was on her way out she spent a hour getting us sorted. We very much felt like house guests. The room was a nicely kept room in a friend's house you were visiting. We were disappointed that we had only booked one night... More

Our welcome was a little underwhelming as Sandra seemed a little distracted and we weren't given any details about the accommodation and felt a little uncomfortable until we went and asked. After that though she was very helpful and we had a beautiful breakfast the next day. The doors to the rooms don't have locks but they are very clean... More

We pulled up and I thought MAYBE it was the wrong place but once inside Sandra & Sandy were so friendly and helpful. We had the 4poster bed room and it was really comfortable and the linen on the bed smelt as if they had been dried outside in the fresh air, gorgeous and so white. Bed was really comfy... More
