Whilst we mainly choose the Premier Inn in East Preston for its location being in the town where I grew up, and very convenient for visiting family, we were usually slightly happier about the stay than on this last occasion. The check-in system/staff made a mess of the breakfast orders for a second time but it was hastily rectified. Our...

We thought the hotel was excellent in terms of comfort and service but the next door whitbread restaurant left a lot to be desired. The bar area was in an awful state during our evening visit and the following morning we were told that there would be a 20 to 30 minute wait, totally unacceptable. Understandably we left. On arrival we were provided with keys to the new rooms by friendly and helpfull staff on reception. The room was fresh, clean, comfortable and secure. Only an overnight stay but slept well and woke thr following morning refreshed ready for a three hour drive.

We stayed overnight to visit family. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast certainly lived up to its reputation - it seems it is popular with hotel guests and locals alike.

We stayed here over night to visit family. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Enough room for two adults and two children (1 and 7) with travel cot. We had evening meal in pub that is attached. Staff friendly and were found a table quickly. Our youngest has a severe dairy and soya allergy, we asked for an allergy...

Premier Inn nearly always deliver a good standard for reasonable money and this place lives up to that. First time I've been put in room 101, but it was great! Comfy, clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff on reception and in restaurant next door. Decent location about 20 mins walk to beach and 15 mins to small...

I love Premier Inn the beds are amazing, they are always clean, the staff are great but would prefer more towels being available and a larger choice of pillows. Breakfast was ok and way way way too expensive.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities and free WiFi . Plenty of free parking outside and there was a great pub and restaurant next door. We were able to check in before we arrived and the staff were very welcoming. Wots not to like
