The Beachhouse is conveniently just beside the Ceres bus stop and after our journey from Cebu city, we were able to check into an oasis for three days. Tim and Ann made us very welcome to their resort with four modern, luxury rooms overlooking a swimming pool and the sea beyond. Tim arranged for habal habal drivers to take us for a day out in the hills on the back of motorbikes where we visited a fabulous waterfall where we could swim as well as Osmena Peak. Tim chatted each day about options for dinner that night and was able to come up with three deliciously different veggie options for Chris and we ate at a shared table with the other guests. It was a perfect place for some downtime during our travels and we’ll recommended.

I'm a PT intern in Cebu and I just had to get away from the city hustle. The Beach House was the PERFECT place to unwind. The hosts were very warm, welcoming and understanding. The rooms were spotless! I loved the aesthetic, it was sinple and neat. Swimming on the pool or relaxing on the lounge chairs, The view of the calm sea was refreshing. I could finally take a deep breath! Something you wouldn't be able to do in Cebu. For dinner, the host made us a grilled buffet with shrimp, porkchops, fish and it was AMAZING! But one of my favorite parts about our mini vacation is how you'd wake up to the view of the ocean. ❤️ Would definitely go back!

The Beach House is a great guest house. Tim and Anne are superb and friendly hosts who welcome you straight away. The rooms are incredible; big comfy double beds, a mezzanine and a nice big bathroom. The mini bar is also very well stocked and prices are extremely reasonable. Tim is also a fantastic chef who cooks up delicious breakfasts and dinner. The Beach House is located directly on the water front; perfect for soaking up the sun as well as giving you the option to swim in the pool or the sea. Lots of activities are easily accessible as well. Highly recommended!

Clean and wonderful place by Tim and Anne. Great hospitality! We arrived way early and were greeted by them. Very flexible and upfront, since guest checked out early, they graciously allowed early check in. We had dinner every evening there because Tim’s one hell of a chef! We didnt really have an itinerary planned out and both Tim and Anne gave great advice on how and where to go. Definitely recommended👍🏻

I am a teenager from the U.S, and I can confirm that this hotel is the place to stay if you find yourself in Cebu. I was traveling with my family, and the four of us fit comfortably in the room. there was a large smart tv and we were able to watch Netflix, which was a nice break from our travel. the owners of the hotel, Tim and Ann, were super nice and accommodating. they sat with us while we ate, telling us where we should go to see the whale sharks and other interesting tidbits about the Philippines and Cebu. they also have very friendly dogs. overall I recommend this hotel.
