Had stayed here with two friends years ago and had loved the whole experience. Had an opportunity to take a mini break with my husband recently and Mustard Seed was the first place that came to mind. The minute you drive through the gates, enter the beautifully designed house and familarize yourself with the tastefully furnished bedroom, you find yourself...

Had a fabulous meal at the Mustard Seed recently. John front of house is so professional as was all of the staff. The attention to detail is remarkable. I loved the open fire and the cozy feel all through the evening. Definitely a return visit.

We had the pleasure of spending the weekend in Mustard Seed Echo Lodge with very good friends of ours. From the moment we walked in the door, we were given a very warm welcome. We quickly settled ourselves down on comfy couches beside the open fire and and were offered complimentary tea/ coffee with home cooked biscuits and cake. It...

This hidden gem offers fine dining in a house/manor type setting. It's reputation precedes it and the quality of food service and hospitality is an experience worthy of the price! With just 10 rooms it's an intimate treat perfect for a special night away or as a quiet base to explore the surrounding area of Adare, Newcastle West or further...

Visited this restaurant recently for dinner. The menu is a 4 course set menu costing €60 plus tea/coffee. Staff are extremely friendly and the food is very high quality. The restaurant closes for 3 weeks in January. It also has bedrooms and is a member of the Blue Book

A warm welcome made us feel at home from the moment we arrived at this beautiful country house. Quality food, presented with style and passion, make this dining experience one to remember. The Mustard Seed is well worth a visit. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did last night.

We spent a night at the Mustard Seed to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our welcome was lovely: tea and home made Madeira cake. A proper country house hotel- creaking floors, turf fires, a pianist playing, high ceilings, a madly eclectic selection of prints and pictures. The bedroom was gorgeous and very comfortable. Dinner was a highlight, great food and...

Staying at the Mustard Seed was the treat of my life. This is a fun old country home with plenty of character to it. The accommodations are lovely; the grounds are gorgeous; the food is spectacular; but what makes the place wonderful is the staff. By the time we left there, we felt as if we were part of their...

Wonderful country retreat within easy reach of Adare Village. Also close enough to Limerick city for day trip. Stayed here with a group of lady friends for two weekend nights. We were so well looked after, our every dining and accommodation need was met by friendly helpful staff. Rooms are old country style and the attention to detail is amazing....
