We went to the mustard seed for dinner and overnight stay. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. The fire was lit. The tea and biscuits were served and we were able to sit back and relax! Our room was lovely with everything you need provided. Dinner was gorgeous and the waiter recommended a great wine....

We like to plan for our holidays, but don't like to book everything, leaving room for the unexpected adventure. The night we were passing through Adare, and going to the racing event in Limerick was one such night. We read a short review of the Mustard Seed and set out to find it. When we pulled up, we were met...

We just returned from our third visit to the Mustard Seed, and it never disappoints. A comfortable, gorgeously appointed Inn, with a wonderfully attentive staff. I felt completely at ease there from my very first visit, and love it so much, I keep going back year after year. And that is just the lodging! The restaurant is an experience unto...

We just returned home from over a week at the Mustard Seed at Echo Lodge and couldn't wait to write this review. Not only was the hotel charming, the food glorious, the proprietor fantastic but there was something for our whole family to enjoy the entire time we were there. The room was very comfortable and we were made very welcome when we arrived. The dinner is for gourmet diners. The food was fantastic. The breakfast was also very good....

Stayed in Echo Lodge on a commute from dublin to cork via limerick. Booked a very good value deal online which included the four course classic menu. I loved the house and gardens, very helpful checkin with John. Nice cosy room with real sheets and blankets. Fantastic meal in the small restaurant. Like having a gourmet meal in your front...
