Washy Hall (as I gather it's known locally) is seriously good. I stayed for a couple of nights this week as the client I was working for had booked a conference room there. The venue is lovely, the rooms delightful, the food excellent and the staff are all round superb. It takes a lot to run a hotel really well...

A group of 12 of us had afternoon tea to celebrate my 40th birthday. We all had such a wonderful afternoon and now have special memories to treasure. The afternoon tea was just lovely, the hotel was beautiful and the service couldn't have been better or more friendly. This is a very professionally run place coupled with a genuine warmth...

It’s exactly six months since we got married at the wonderful Washingborough Hall Hotel and we couldn’t have had a more perfect day. Our first visit was on a wedding open evening where we got to have a look around and totally fell in love with it. We knew straight away that it was where we wanted to get married...

Stayed for a midwinter Monday dinner, bed and breakfast. The restaurant and food was fabulous and you could pick anything from the menu for the special offer price. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was fairly small it was stylish, clean and warm. I think it would be worth upgrading if...

What a great stay we had at this hotel. Hotel itself is lovely but the best thing about it is the staff. Can't praise them enough. They were super friendly always there when needed and attentive without being annoying. Ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening and we weren't disappointed. They even serve the champion beer of Britain. What more...

I bought my husband vouchers for our first Wedding anniversary, as I couldn't book the dates we wanted at the time. Almost a year later we finally made time for an overnight stay, with a dog and baby in tow! I booked the Sunday special with dinner & breakfast. The room was lovely (room 14) with plenty of space for...

Staff very friendly and helpful. Churchill suite Room was amazing you could hear the floorboards creak from the diners above but this was expected in an old building and didn't affect me getting to sleep. Tried to book another stay for our honeymoon there and then but was fully booked that weekend

My husband and I were gifted an afternoon tea here by our daughter and we visited this sunday afternoon. Staff were pleasant and welcoming but then left us alone to enjoy our tea. Work colleagues and I came here for a welfare meeting. The hotel has beautiful decor and a very elegant feel. Afternoon tea was great quality food and drink with more than enough to go around. I'd love to visit here again.
