as we arrived from the early flight, we have to climb 4 stairs to the non-air-conditioning room. the bathroom was smelly and TV needs someone with patience to operate it. the only thing we appreciate te this hotel was, its location near a mosque, near to halal restaurants. the management needs to change their staff, always not available, cant speak English and always give negative answers. for the room that accommodates 5 people, we were given 2 mineral water.
Right after I booked (room for 5pax) and paid the room, i read the review..my mistake...almost negative...but when i've been there it's better, everything ok except for the waterheater & tv..my friends said we just want to sleep here..one suggestion for ao nang cozy place, they need to rearrange bed position, "double-decker" bed must be away from air-cond...that's could be better...
The first thing we saw while walking up 5 flights of stairs was a roach. We should have turned around then but we wanted to give it a shot. The rooms were outdated and the sheets had stains. My friends room had a nice hole in the wall and the lights didn’t work. We ended up leaving and searching for another hotel with available rooms.
Wi-Fi is not working at all. And the lobby is very dirty! No housekeeping service available. The receptionist at the lobby always went missing! Not value for money with this kind of quality it's overpriced
This hotel is walking distance to the famous Ao nang beach. Many choice of food hawkers nearby this hotel. Also have a bus transfer for this hotel area to Krabi town and Krabi airport. Staff here very friendly and the room are comfy enough to rest. We stay in a room with 5 single beds. Very recommended to a small group of friends.
You can stay here if you have low budget or saving money for your trip, the hotel has 5 beds room also, room and toilet are average level or I can say a little dirty but still ok. Staff here are very nice, funny, always support us when booking tour, renting motorbikes with discount price. You can walk 5mins from the hotel (also have restaurants near the hotel but I advice to walk down to have good price) to crowded place with many shops, restaurants and 15mins to get to the Ao Nang beach.
The rooms are not like photos, not luxe, not deluxe. Rules are very strict and be ready to lose your money. All services more expensively than at other places. It's normal for this place: no light and no hot water in the room. It might be stuff will change the room for you in 1-2 days. Or not. If you pay for more days you stay here, you will be not got your money back! Don't pay if you're not sure to stay here more than 1 day. It's normal situation if you had booked the room, but when you come to check in stuff tells you that there's no free rooms, would you like to stay with somebody else in a big family room? O_o omg! Good luck.
Hotel is central, 10 mins walk to beach many places to eat nearby. Bus from airport to door BHT150. Room good size and clean. Helpful staff. Free acces to great swimming pool. Excellent massage opposite.
The only thing good about this place is the location. It's 5-10 minutes walk to Aonang Beach and there's plenty of restaurants nearby. However the hotel condition is not well maintained. The room has no hot shower although we've repeatedly told the reception lady. Her response is always 'my staff checked already'. Our room was only cleaned once throughout our 4 nights stay. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Astonishingly rude woman on reception desk. I arrived at 13.00 and she pointed to a sign saying check in after 14.00. When I asked if I could leave my bag in the her office while I had a look around town she refused and told me to leave it in the corridor which was open to the street. Since it had my laptop in it I took it with me. When I came back she had disappeared. I finally got into my room to find the key card didn't work the electricity, the room safe was locked, and the towels were dirty. When I asked her to fix the problems she said "her staff" were busy. Some people are just not cut out for the hospitality business. The owners of this place need to find another pursuit. I forgot to say that there was a hole in the ceiling above the grimy bath tub.
