I have been here 2 weeks and after a road trip to the north will be staying again. (having read the other reviews) Thailand is Thailand not where we come from. There are frogs and dogs, mosquitoes and ants. The minimum wage only arrived last year and as someone who has been in hospitality for 20 years around the globe((The...

its my first time in Krabi, we went there last friday ( May 9, 2014). 1. The room was big ( our room during the stays was deluxe access to pool.) 2. The pool was very dirty and mouldy. 3. The toilet is very dusty and the sink is too dirty ( they need to brush it out the dirt)...

We booked a villa with private pool as we wanted access to a pool while our baby could nap inside. We arrived at 3pm and were asked to pay upfront for our stay. We were then taken to our room with our bags and baby in tow but it was still being cleaned. We had to return to reception and...

Don't stay at this hotel, especially room 1102. The room were still under construction. The old AC were really loud. The water in the shower flooded over the whole floor. Far away from the beach and center. Nice pool, open to 10 pm.

Our stay was OK. Bad points: We came to Thailand on our honeymoon and pre booked accommodation. We had emailed the hotel and let them know it was our honeymoon and they responded to this with a very pleasant email saying that they would set our room up nicely etc. When we arrived they took us too our room and...

We booked hotels for a really big group about 20 rooms a month before our stays. And the hotel was not able to provide us 20 rooms as agreed on the arriving day. We were forced to accept 2 standard rooms with 2 extra beds in each room putting 4 people inside sharing a single bathroom. The next issue is...

We stayed 3 nights and couldn't wait to leave. The sad thing is that the rooms are HUGE and the pool is great but they have no idea how to maintain it and give the service to go with it. The whole hotel seems unfinished, as if there should still be builders on site. The pool is lovely with a...

We stayed at this place for 2 nights. Woo....The rooms were really big (can really make a dancing party inside the room) and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed the pool access room, open the room glass door swimming pool right there! The pool attached to the pool access room was not too deep, so even my mum can't...
