A sense of humor will help when staying here! It is run down but it was like staying in a palace, it was amazing. We got balcony rooms with stunning views and very spacious. I agree with other reviews for this place amazing but run down. We felt it would be a great set for Agatha Chritie or Stephen King...

I've just read the titles of the previous 3 reviews, "Creepy", "Old, filthy", & "It should be a 2 star". These were also my exact thoughts on my visit in January. Coming from a "real" 4 star in Bangkok (for the same price I might add) to this supposed 4 star - more like a 2 1/2 star - I...

It might be a 4 star hotel many many years ago, but now it should only be 2 stars! The only positive thing was the pool! Everything else was really poor. It really needs to be renovated and the staff don't know how to work in a hotel!

The hotel is cheap, but there are better hotels in the same price range .. Offering better services and not misleading customers via flashy Internet adverstiments. Stayed here just for one night on our way back to Bangkok I am glad it was just the one night ! The hotel is close to the famous ao nang beach ... A...

The worse hotel ever that i stayed. The window wood was got some hole. Wall bit crack but just put some painting only. And the worse things the corridor level 2 totally dark until I must request 3 times light to be on and some staff can't even understand English. I checked out earlier before date. Location far from beach....

I was originally booked in for 2 days but ended up stay 4days. The rooms were lovely spacious and a really nice bath room. There were a couple if down sides which were that the tv was a bit dated and mostly only had Thai channels and that its located a little to far out of town but that wasn't...

i stayed here in 2008, so my review is outdated. But i visited the Hotel again on route to Kayaking at Ao Thalane. I visited Ao nang again in 2012, and saw that this super Hotel was a steal at 900 bahts on Direct Rooms website. However its 10 minutes walk from the Beach, so to make the kids happy...

Ten years ago this hotel was the most renowned in Ao Nang. It is still a nice hotel but getting old comparing to what you can get for the same price, however it is well maintained for Thailand. +Rooms are very big, the bathroom was bigger than my livingroom... -10 min walk to the beach. I would like to stay...

We stayed here in March for 5 days and overall it was a very good hotel for the price. The location is nicely away from the main beachfront strip and set back from the road. A 5-10 minute walk or 1 minute on a scooter down to the beach road where you will find markets, mobile food stores, restaurants and...

My wife and I stayed at the Pavilion Hotel here in lovely Ao Nang. The rooms are spacious, great bathrooms but over all I think they could use some refurbishing. Some of the walls in the room needed some repainting, according the manager we talked too, told us that the hotel has been here as one of the first since...
