Detailed Reviews
This campground is breathtakingly beautiful. We brought our 9 year old twins here for the weekend, and it was everything we were hoping for.
The campground is simple, and quiet. There are no amenities for kids, but the beach view is all we needed.
Perfect for rest & relaxation, after a long fun-filled day in Cavendish. (A 40 minute drive away)
You can start your day with breakfast and a panoramic sunrise, and end it with a campfire and the sound of the rolling waves.
If you’re an ocean lover, or a sucker for an absolutely beautiful view - then this campsite is a MUST!

Loved this campground. The owners are friendly and really care. It is a peaceful spot on the south shore of pei on the beach. My family loved it. Different than the normal big busy campgrounds. Will be back again.

If your looking for a great place to stay in PEI after you cross Confederation Bridge try Cumberland Cove Camping. Great little camp ground right on the shore line overlooking the ocean. Most sites are right beside the shore with a view of the ocean right out your front door.
The place is clean and the owners are very welcoming and friendly.
Washrooms are a little tired but include showers.

This campground was not quite what we had expected. Washrooms/laundry areas are in bad need of updating/repairs. They definitely need to spend some $ on those. That said...owners were very friendly & helpful. Our site was at the end & offered privacy...nice sized lots with full services. Park is quiet with lovely views of the bay & tides. Close to Victoria By the Sea..which is a must see. Near to bridge so great place to end you PEI visit.

We stayed here for five nights (BTW not enough time to see PEI). We loved the place! It's certainly not fancy, but clean and with all the amenities and enough space for comfort The owners were so very nice! Bathrooms were always clean with lots of hot water, albeit a bit rustic. The waterfront was very nice and ample opportunity for clamming, including buckets, shoes, etc. available from the owners. The price is right.

We stayed at this campground recently and loved it. We had serviced site right on the water with beautiful views of the ocean and tides. The owners were so generous and welcoming and made our stay complete. The campground is just a short drive from Charlottetown as well as the Confederation Bridge. I would highly recommend this spot, we will definitely be back!!

This campground is a great place to stay if you are tenting or have an RV. The sites are right on the water with a fantastic view of the red sand shore. The bathrooms were clean and fairly close to the sites. They sell fire wood, ice and fire starters (made from local students) all at a great price! They offer free coffee in the morning and the owners are the place are so nice and will do anything to make your experience better. I would recommend this campground to anyone staying in the area.

+1
Comberland Cove is a dream, and if you can, you should go there pretty much immediately. A warm welcome, reasonably priced wood, great campsites (there's one all the way at the end that's more sheltered from others, ask for it), free coffee, clean bathrooms, killer location.
The beach is gorgeous to walk on and the sunrise and sunset both were spectacular. We really felt like we'd hit a goldmine, and will be back.

We showed up in the middle of busy season with no reservation and they were still able to find us a no-service spot in the back. We dug for clams and enjoyed all the fresh seafood available around the island. This is a quiet campground with an amazing view. This was our favorite campground ever and we have stayed at more than a hundred over the years. It may be lacking a few amenities but the friendly owners and its unique charm more than makes up for it.
