I just returned from another visit to this little gem and I'm pleased to report that they are in the process of upgrading their pool area to make it even more family friendly. The coffee shop/cafe attached to the hotel has great treats to enjoy. The staff speaks English and the hotel is close to everything in Ensenada. When you...

I have stayed here some 40 nights over the past 20 years, and have found it do be pretty consistent. A basic, clean and reasonably priced hotel. Motor lodge style rooms around a non heated pool area. tile floors, basic furnishings, Mexican TV stations. Hotel is located on the south side of the tourist area, close walking distance from food,...

The rooms are clean & comfortable. There is a Security Guard at night. The hotel has a small car park near...

If you want to experience Mexico this is the place to stay. I stayed there last weekend and what a delight. No! It is not a Hilton, If I had wanted to stay at a Hilton, I would stay in one. I wanted to taste Mexico not Newport Beach, CA. The staff was great (everyone spoke great English) the rooms...

Clean, newly remodeled room was excellent in price and comfort. Walk to everything downtown. The service was outstanding. Small quaint hotel. Pool and jacuzzi under renovation, so check if you are going soon and want that.

After looking in person on several hotels here in ensenada at the busy strip, the tourist area, this was by far the most i inexpensive, and great. The rest of hotels are awesome but very pricy. This is real good. So for 800 pesos or like 60 dollars is the best deal. The other hotels run for about 1500 pesos...

My husband and I went down to Ensenada for a weekend trip and I was pretty concerned with finding a good hotel there. Much to my surprise, Casa del Sol was perfect. They have a secure parking lot, friendly staff and beautiful, clean grounds. The hotel rooms are minimal, but we did not go to Ensenada to hang out in...

Stayed one night on our way to La Ribera. First time we have stayed in Ensenada but we will come back to this hotel. Everything positive from the time of checkin to the time of departure. The fellow on the front desk was very helpful - let us park our loaded truck right in front of the office for extra...
