We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February. The positives first. The hotel is modern and clean and very pretty. It has a beautiful central atrium with pool. It is an easy hotel to find as soon as you drive into town. There was a large parking lot behind the hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The internet...

We just came back from Loreto in Feb 2017 and we stayed at this property. It was a great experience. The hotel was was walking distance to all amenities. There is a nice heated pool onsite. The people are so friendly. There is a market on the property where you can buy snacks, light food and there is also a...

The hotel is very clean and modern, the staff is very friendly, however there are some problems. The water pressure is non existent, Hot water is lukewarm at best, We were under the impression that breakfast was included (it is NOT),, the room doors have a black knob which is unlocked with a foil strip, you put the strip on...

We saw a large sign on the hotel advertising rooms for 499 pesos. When we checked in the rate was 1350 pesos for the two of us in the smallest room. Needed a place to stay for the night so didn't get into an argument. Some pros and cons regarding the Santa Fe. Double bed was very small and one...

Wifi in room didn't work but was a blessing to be on device less. The kitchenette was great, we loved making our own meals because of special dietary needs. I did enjoy the continental breakfast one day which was plentiful. The malecon is a 10min walk from the hotel and the supermarket 7 min away! My favourite thing about the...

Jacuzzi was broken and shower head was leaking water everywhere except the shower head. No one came to fix anything. There doesn't seem to be any permanent maintenance staff. They promised they would fix it but I guess its a novel concept for them to fix things while you are staying at the hotel and not afterwards. They have concierges...

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The fresh fruit and pastries in the continental breakfast was very nice. The maid service and cleanliness very good. Plenty of parking in front and back. Nice to have a small grocery in the complex. The mechanical systems on the roof are very noisy. Our unit was two floors below and it was...

We would highly recommend this hotel. It's extremely clean and right downtown within an easy walk (10 minutes) to the Malecon. Alejandro, Alex, Arni, Elizabeth, Esther and Jorge were excellent in their customer service. Really appreciated having a kitchenette as we were able to make some of our own meals. Both the Pescardor and Ley's supermarkets were within easy walking...

We found the Santa Fe to be a very god hotel. The the front desk, the concierge services and housekeeping personnel were exceptionally accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and anyone else travelling to Loreto and the Baja Sur.

Well located, clean, quiet hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, modest rooms with a kitchenette. Beds are decent but not big (2 double beds in our room) and as is often the case in Mexico, the shower head could use some help (rain shower with very little pressure) and no face cloths provided. Very impressed with on-site restaurant food, store...
