So far all of the hotels we've stayed at in and around Rosarito have received 3 stars and no more because the are all run down and the housekeeping leaves something to desire. But we keep going because we love the area, the low cost, and the people. Las Rocas is no different than other properties and the problems could...

With all the hotels to choose from, pass on this one! No amenities in the standard rooms. Just a plain room. Front desk staff unaccommodating. Although the room was ready early they wouldn't let us check in. Was told the room was not ready even though we walked by and it was all made up. No place to put your...

We went to Las Rocas for a family wedding and stayed 3 nights. It is located on the water with very pleasant grounds and beautiful views. However, the rooms were in need of maintenance and service was inconsistent. We had a suite with 2 beds. We needed only one but that was all that was available when we made the...

As others have stated, the resort needs some TLC, but with that said, our rooms were adequate with a great view. We were there with some of the hottest days on record and certainly wish that there was a ceiling fan. Breakfast were good, but not so much for dinner. When we asked for seperate checks for 4 couples, the...

I would give this place 5 stars for location, services, staff, food, and value, but some rooms aren't totally perfect as noted in other reviews. Las Rocas still is fixing up rooms, but our older standard room was still great! The toilet seat cracked and within 10 minutes of telling the maid, it was fixed. The carpet was older, but...

Love this place! As my friends say it's good enough and nice enough especially for the price. Wish the pool was open later! Outdoor restaurant and bar are pretty darn good. Really loved the staff and location - taco stand nearby is AMAZING!

The property does need some update but it's nice we have been going for 3 years already and every time we go we have a great time our kids like the pool and the jacuzzi, I have read other reviews about the property needing some updates and it does but if you get passed that you'll have a great time,...

We went to Las Rocas Resort for the 3rd year in a row for my girlfriend's birthday. I hope I didn't help cause the booking problems, because we couldn't get a room. I was on a cancellation list waiting and a room became available for her birthday weekend just two weeks in advance. The service there was outstanding as before.

This place is disgusting. Sure, the property itself sits on a cliff, which makes for beautiful scenery, and looks good on brushed up pictures. However once you pull up and face reality, it's a sight for sore eyes. The outer shell is dated, and is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. The standard rooms ($94) are horrifying....

So my girlfriend surprised me and took me to Las Rocas resort in Rosarita Mexico. And I have to say for paying about $100 a night it was absolutely incredible. You get complementary breakfast every morning and two free drinks. With a beautiful view right on the cliffs of the ocean and an infinity pool looking over all of it...
