I've been coming to this hotel for over 20 yrs. It's been sold or under new management 3 times. They remodeled it a couple of years back. Flat screen tvs, granite floors, bathrooms. This hotel is Super Clean and friendly service. They have a little sports bar downstairs. Taxi to anywhere in central tijuana or Zona del Rio is usually...

This hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and clean with great wifi. The people working there are very helpful. It's only steps away from revolution avenue. It's very quiet at night. I felt very safe with a security guard. Breakfast was good at the restaurant.

I had to travel for business to Tijuana and found this place on Tripadvisor. It is nice, clean, not noisy and great located. The service was wonderful and the stuff friendly and helpful. Never tried to communicate in English since I know the language, but I assume you can get along in English too. Good, reliable Internet connection. Next time...

1st of all, no parking. I was instructed to park my brand new vehicle in a seedy, dark lot on the other side of the block. That affiated lot ended up being full, so they had no choice but to let me double park... but I had to leave my keys. NO peace of mind all night! Later that night,...

The Aqua Rio Hotel is an incredible bargain. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Stone tile floors in the room and bathrooms help to insure cleanliness. The staff is very friendly, although it helps to speak Spanish. They have a small restaurant that serves breakfast at a reasonable price. The eggs at this restaurant were reasonably priced and...

I had another great night at the Aqua Rio. It was clean, plenty of towels, the front desk people are nice, but they speak little English. If you go to Victorios on Revolution, you may have a 30 minute wait, but the lasagna was out of this world. They just reopened the restaurant for breakfast and then later appetizers. They...

Nice, quiet, and cheap place to stay. You can walk to everywhere you want to go or taxi for $5. My room was spotless. Very expensive hotel is one block away--but why spend that much when you can stay at Aqua Rio?

We really enjoyed the food every morning at the restaurant. The hotel was very quiet, and we went out to hang out, and when we got back there was a security guard to greet us. I felt safe, this hotel is located near everything fun. I Saw more families at this hotel than at other hotels in centro, that is...
