Lucerna is for me a traditional Mexican style hotel, with great service, good food and really clean rooms. Today I had the opportunity to see the new side of the building: Floor 6th is getting pretty cool! If you have the chance ask for a room on this floor; rooms are bigger than normal (which sizes are good, not tiny...

Towels...HORRIBLE 2 Towels extremely frayed ends and DINGY white. Ice bucket stained and dirty & NO ICE machine on location. Had to call front desk 3 times before they brought up a couple classes...

We arrived at Lucerna on Monday April 25th we stayed here until April 27th 2016. We choose Lucerna because we've stayed at the Tijuana and Mexicali locations before and we have always had a great experience. The breakfast buffet could of offer a bit better choice of food it was the same food every day. No pancakes, waffles's station not...

Though I stayed here in October 2014.memories are still fresh! Airy lobby, beautiful pool and a nice sun basked restaurant which serves some. Real good food! The service is Good! Not worthy are the bell boys who go the extra mile to help you out. One accompanied me to shops nearby in my quest for a Sim card My 2...

When I stayed at the Fiesta Inn, just one block away, I stumbled into the lobby of Lucerna and fell in love with the amazing swimming pool. Wow, was I a sucker! This is my second trip to Juarez and I booked my entire team into Lucerna. It was an awful hotel. The restaurant took over an hour to serve...

Really impressed with this hotel. Clean, comfortable, secure. Staff very accommodating. My vehicle was safe. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast on Saturday morning (good variety of foods). Bed & pillows were comfy-got a good nights rest. We will definitely stay here again.

The best hotel in Juarez. This hotel attends to all your needs along with the staff being very polite and courteous. I never stay any where else. The dining is exquisite with the bar as well. The pool area is very clean and always inviting when looking down from one of the many spacious rooms.

This is a well known hotel chain in northwest Mexico, this was our first time here. Hotel looks good but can be better, decor is dated. Service excellent as in all Lucerna hotels. had a good nite sleep even though our room was on the first floor.

I have family in Cuidad Juarez and have been staying here for over 15 years. Staff and service has always been exceptional. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast is awesome. Although, they do need an update, its been exactly the same for over 15 years. During our stay 1 elevator was out of service while the other one...

So we got there around 4 in the morning the Bell hop was great and got the door and brought us up our bags. The room was decent. The beds are on the firm side. The room was clean. The WiFi is free which is a plus when you coming over the border. Given the time we made it to...
