I went back and found that the management is almost non existent, when I first came to my room it smelled so bad I had to immediately exit the room, they had cleaned the drains and all the "sh . ." they sucked out had been left in a plastic bag in the room, they had to change the room...

While not beeing the savest city, Acapulco has shown us the most beautiful side. Beeing on tour over daytime, we never felt insecure. The hotel was beside the mainspot, but not far away from the center by car. It was very clean, silent, quite empty (we enjoyed it having the pool and the beach for us alone) and great meal.

The private beach is very convenient but it's only ~70 m long. It's quite small which can be tricky if you like "long walks on the beach". The food is very average and the prices are not worth it. Got sick on the 2nd day here and had to buy (again pricey) medicine at the hotel. Service is friendly, I...

Camino Real was our life-boat hotel this Constitution Day holiday in Mexico. Having much trouble to book at our regular Acapulco Hotel we found a good deal in BFast Buffett included in a 2 adult 2 kid setting... As you can imagine expectations were dim, but Camino Real was a pleasant surprise with excellent service and staff, great food and...

I have stayed there a few times but this one the hotel really showed deterioration. The staff is efficient and kind and fast. Room are large and nice. But... The food has become terrible and expensive. Rooms with bulbs but no lamp shades, air conditioning not working, old towels, rusted here and there, old bathrooms, doors do not close well,...

Choosing the first time this hotel, we got quite disappointed by the level of service provided and the overall quality of food which is not only poor in quality but also not well presented. Starting with a breakfast buffet which makes it difficult to get exited and boost the appetite. The overall maintainance of the buffet is poor and the...

We have regularly visited Acapulco but have always stayed at Las Brisas. This time we decided to change to Camino Real. Bad decision! The price being a little more expensive we expected something better. On the contrary .....The quality of the hotel two grades lower. The only plus point for us , it has a beach. The food quality is...

I spent there a few days and is a really calm place. I had the feeling like I was all alone, just two couples and me. The facilities are good BUT they have just a very little piece of "beach" between rocks so if you're planning to go out and walk in the morning, you better choose another option. The...

Stay for one night 10/30/15, and from the elevators to hallways to room very dirty. Wanted to order room service prior to my departure and had no telephone in the room, no radio alarm clock. Bed very uncomfortable, when I mentioned to the FD was told to complete a comment card. No apologies the hotel was not worth the 180...

Location is privilleged. It has it's prived tiny beach. I was on business but this place is suitable both for business or family trips. On the beach there's the possibility of hiring ski boats or wave runners for really fair prices and the instructors are more than great. Ask for ISRAEL. He is the best. The hotel certainly has seen...
