Beautiful hotel, great experience to walk around - you'll never get bored regardless of age. If it helps you, do ASK to see your room before you accept it. Many hotel(s) try to have full occupancy on the not so "hot" rooms first, and could give you one of those (no view/lack of something) -bottom to top quality- that was...

Great Ocean view with nice balcony I can not understand why it isn't mobbed at these rates. The service was friendly and professional. Everyone was helpful and more than courteous. The buffet food was good and there was a good variety at a very reasonable price We will be back soon

The property it self is magical, it is a cruise on land. Since the arrival they received us with mariachi and some handicraft necklace. During the check in a little girl named Erika offer us an popsicle and it really was refreshing, thank you for that Mr. Princess. We wasn't expecting for that much. The front agent Tania amazing! She...

I really liked everything about the resort. Rooms, staff, even the buffet breakfast which in my experience can be mediocre in such large hotels but this one was quite exceptional with multitudes of choices and varieties. The staff, specifically the manager Rochelio, gave me very personal attention, my room in the La Perla tower was clean, updated and well appointed....

We went for christmas 2016 with my wife's family and my baby, the rooms were a bit old but good and very good, the ocean view was really cool, all the people were willing to attend you and they were giving a really good service. The food is good and it has a good price. Do not go to the...

If you are looking for a 5 star experience, this is not the place. Starting with the fact that properties need an upgrade and maintenance, starting with the A/C systems and beds. Food and Staff are very average. This is a 4 star hotel.

The Acapulco Princess (formerly a Fairmont Resort) is one of the most paradisiac hotels i know. The downfall is that most of the rooms are old like on a 60's movie so the only way to go is to pay an upgrade for "La Perla" building newly refurbished rooms so you will be staying at a really amazing paradise with...

We recently spent 6 days here and learned a few things we didn't know before booking. It's a fine resort hotel. Very clean with friendly attentive staff members. Several options for dining and drinking. The breakfast buffet in the Chula Vista is awesome. They advertise 5 pools. Actually, 2 of them are saltwater pools that flow from one to another...

It's a big hotel, I read some reviews that said it is old but honestly it is well maintained. Of course it doesn't have the furnishing of a new hotel but it never bothered at me all. The personnel was always helpful, and everything was clean. Be prepared to spend money I also read some reviews that complained about the...

There was a time where the Princess Hotel in Acapulco was the most luxurious hotel in Mexico. Right now it's still a very good hotel but clearly has a lot of competition. The hotel is well-kept and the buildings look as beautiful as they did when they originally open years ago. The rooms are ample with good decor with nice...
