Me, my girlfiend and 2 friends of ours stayed at the PBEB Feb 7th - 14th and were blown away by everything. First of all, the service was absolutley amazing, anybody that says otherwise must have been staying somewhere else. weather it was in a resteraunt, poolside or otherwise, we were pampered the entire week. The grounds were beautiful, lush,...

I have been here annually for 7 years, last year (Feb 2013) I noticed a slight difference in service and attitude of staff but this year (Feb 2014), I noticed a much larger difference! The room, view, cleanliness and overall beauty of the accommodations are still nothing short of amazing....but the service?????? It's slowly going down hill.

Pueblo Bonito is an ideal resort in the middle of lush Mexico. It is large with beautiful gardens, has gorgeous views of the ocean, a multitude of walking paths, and 3 lovely, crystal clear pools, all with distinct personalities. I love the staff...they are always at our service ready to help at a moment's notice. I always feel safe and...

Had a great vacation and good food. Too bad the first impression was a very puchy time share sales pitch and last impression was $900 in charges. They saif they were "tips" No way we spent that much in tips on top of all inclusive package.
