We have been down at the Villas at Pueblo Bonita Emerald Bay for almost two weeks. The resort is great fun, full of fun and helpful people. Sam is the man at the pool bar, and Gabby the concierge is excellent. I should not forget Juan at the Bistro, as another outstanding representative of the resort and the overall desire...

Always friendly and willing to chat. Eduardo is fantastic running all the activities. A beautiful place. The rooms are great and 3...

My wife and I spent the first week of June at Pueblo Bonito, and we absolutely loved almost everything about the place, but we probably won't return. We live in landlocked Colorado, and look forward to a great Mexican beach vacation annually, sunning on the beach and swimming in the ocean. Over the years, I've adopted a maxim: The more...

We own at PB Sunset Beach and this is the first time we traveled to the Mazatlan Emerald Bay location. From the moment we arrived at Mazatlan, it was so much easier and less stressful than the Cabo Airport experience. We booked the transportation through the resort and there was a staff member from Pueblo Bonito INSIDE the airport holding...

“Mazatlan is beautiful, colonial and SAFE - use your head” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW Our family has been going to Mazatlan for 8 years now and we have also stayed in our Villa. I tire of some of the negative comments I see from time to time on Safety and "drug cartel" in Mazatlan. REALLY...

I`ve been at Emerald bay around six times and everytime i left the city, i am wishing to stay longer, it is definately the best hotel in Mazatlan city, has an adults pool, a really quiet pool called bistro pool and the greatest pool with music and activities leaded by the funniest activities coordinator i ever met, Edwardo, he is...

We are time share owners at this resort. We were there in April of this year. What we noticed between April and June is a drastic reduction in service personnel. There are far fewer waiters around the pool. Is this to reduce staff and/or reduce the number of orders that can be placed by visitors who have purchased an all-inclusive....

This was my first trip to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. After check-in, the timeshare representative did ask me if I would be interested in listening to her presentation. I told her that I wasn't interested and was never bothered again. My room was beautiful. I love to 2 closets. Also, the bathroom has a make-up mirror. (This is a great...
