We loved the small buildings.. Nice and quiet..Did not stay as our purchase had to be aborted..At the time of our visit they started building the 3-story building. The rooms looked elegant and comfortable.

The premises are OK (even though parts are actually falling apart like the "wet bar" that is inactive and full of unidentifiable rusting equipment). There is no restaurant that deserve that name. What is supposed to be the restaurant is used for their predatory sales "presentations". Parts of the hotel are still unfinished. And then there are the "vultures" i.e....

There was no one there, peak season. Empty pool. Empty beach. We just visited for a time share presentation, did not stay there but the place gave us the creeps. Dusty Dirt road into the resort. Be very wary of the claims made by sales people.

Stay away from this resort!! They are predators, pressuring people to buy their timeshare, utilizing a marketing company (Platinum Marketing of America) that doesn't exist except through some nebulous email setup! We got taken for $25,000.00 with nothing to show for the timeshare and services they promised! This is the former La Jolla Residences property and they did the same...

I can't believe anyone has actually stayed here! We were invited on a timeshare presentation for $250 per family with the promise the kids could swim while we attended the presentation. Right away our presenter asked if we would sell them our current timeshare without even showing us their program. Our kids were able to swim in their non-heated pool...

Be careful, don't waste your time on a time share tour here. They don't pay. First thing they did was sit us down at breakfast and ask if we were going to buy. Umm you haven't even showed us the property yet. Keep in mind that we are a family in our early 30's who makes well into six figures...

Punta Pacifico is little far from the city and other resorts but if you want traquillity, it's the right place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is only one restaurant on the premises and you have to take a taxi to town if you want something else. You can also buy your own food and cook. The pool...

Built in 2006. The 4th and 5th floors only have outside windows. No doors, interior walls, cabinetry, fixtures, basically nothing. Part of the 3rd floor is the same. We stayed for a week in early October 2015. Had to sign for remotes for the TV's, ceiling fans and ac. Two rooms, three TV's, 2 remotes. Had to ask for a...

Have to sign for remotes for tv. Swim up bar is rusty and closed. Help uses it to hide on their breaks. Top two floors of resort are not finished. When we checked out they wanted to know where the coffee pot was....never had one? I think they probably took it out to replace a broken one in another suite?...

The resort (?) is the same as it was formerly, meaning there were no more units opened and you only see 1 or 2 families there, no bellboys or maids in site. It is basically there to sell and they are definitely not honest in what they tell you and not what you get when and if you buy. We...
