We stayed three nights at the beginning of our 4 week vacation and it set the mood for a wonderful trip. Very clean, well appointed, and within walking distance of the Golden Zone. Their recommendations we're very helpful and when it was time to leave, Mo gave us a ride to our hotel. Not expected but greatly appreciated. We'll be...

I traveled with my daughter Danielle, her best friend Shannon, and her mother Kathy on there senior trip. The girls went right to the beach as soon as we got there, and Dorothy assured us they were safe; we were so happy the girls loved it. We all got manicures and pedicures in the relaxing court yard, that Dorothy arranged...

We have stayed here many, many times and we have never failed to appreciate Dorothy and Moe (and Zoe). They can advise you of some great places to eat very economically (don't miss the Shrimp Ladies). Over the years we have watched them help many people with things like unexpected medical emergencies, lost baggage, you name it- they will do...

Captain and Dorothy were the most delightful hosts to have. The place is beutiful inside and out. The Neighboorhood is awesome and the people are very friendly. What a find! We've stayed here twice and have enjoyed each stay immensely. The breakfasts are wonderful, not only because of the food, but also because of the company: Dorothy and Moe are fun, have many interesting stories and tips to share, and really make you feel comfortable and at home. We travel with a small dog and their generosity...

Moe and Dorothy were amazing hosts. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy access to the main drag, walk just a few blocks to shopping, restaurants, the beach, etc. My best vacation ever, and we would gladly stay at Captain Moe's again!

My wife and I just returned from a week at Captain Moe's b&b in Mazatlan. Both Captain Moe and his wife Dorothy (aka The Admiral) made us feel like family within five minutes of arrival. The other guests were all remarkably friendly , and we all spent many hours on the patio talking and laughing about life, love, politics and...

We had the pleasure of staying at Captain Moe's in November 2009. We were driving to Manzanillo and only planned to stay one night. One look at our accommodations and we extended our stay. Our room was beautiful. King sized bed, huge bathroom, in room safe (can hold a laptop) great reading lights and an outdoor living space that is...
