We spent two glorious weeks at the Inn. They were very accomodating, by allowing us to stay in the same unit both weeks. The front desk manager Eduardo was exceptional. He was very willing to assist as needed, and also helped my parents get into a perfect arrangement right next to their friends who were staying there as well. There...

Lovely, friendly staff, nice, well maintained rooms, good restaurant on property, well kept grounds, two pools, right on the beach, PERFECT location! You can walk to the Gold Zone, and catch a bus right outside the door. I have been going to Mazatlan since I was a child and to the Inn at Mazatlan since 1998. The service is second...

Maintenance is lacking in many areas. Workers are doing their jobs, public areas clean, but rooms need attention. Kitchen area needs big upgrade, utensils scarce, still using steel fry pans! Teflon is cheap, replace! Air condition units not well maintained, had to call for service twice. Around pool, removed cushions on lounges, mesh covers uncomfortable, beginning to come apart from...

Dear Chsteelman Nowadays the Inn is going under an enhancement process to turn our beach front facilities into a nicer place to relax and enjoy; the kitchen items in the rooms are also being replaced gradually in order to supply you with the necessary utensils; the ac units can occasionally cause some inconvenient but our Concierge can always provide follow...

Wrist bands are now required when using the pool. WIFI is available in the rooms but its $50.00 per week, a little pricey. You can get free...
