I had a great two weeks at the Inn at Mazatlan. Service was great on all levels from Reservations, Front Desk, Bell Staff, Food and Beverage. One of the best views of the ocean from nearly all of the rooms/suites. I have been going to the Inn for the past 15 years and hope to continue this trip another 15...

I would like to start by saying I choose The Inn at Mazatlan based on ALL the positive reviews on tripadvisor. With that said here is my opinion of the Hotel. My family and I arrived at the Inn at around 1:30pm, yes I know check in isn't until 4:00pm. That I guess was our first mistake but what do...

When we arrived at The Inn at Mazatlan, we were welcomed by the very best group of doormen I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. Their first words were "Welcome Home". A friend and I stayed here for a week in March. Compared to all inclusives I have previously stayed at, this is far superior. Our room on the fifth floor had great views of the pool and ocean. The food, all I can say, was excellent and the waiters very attentive, both in the dining area and the pool area....

Dear Yorkshiregal516 I must confess that the title of your comment got me a little bit skeptical if you were referring to us, since we do not handle the all inclusive concept, however the view on the fifth floor of our resort is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is a must when you stay at the Inn at...

This hotel is great. We stayed in the tall tower which has suites with kitchenettes and is at the far back of the complex. The suite itself was perfect. Our only concern was the street noise. The back of the tower overlooks the very busy street where traffic rushes by all day. The windows are thick enough that we weren't too...

Dear Emma 15494 Thank you for your positive review of our resort. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Beach restaurant has a wonderful "beach" menu - ask for it. Very reasonable prices and excellent food. The Main restaurant has a pricey menu. We had smoked marlin tacos that were out of this world.
