Booked a room for 2 nights with Trip Advisor and the unit was in horrible condition, it has not been renovated for thirty years it would seem. The armoire was a combo tv stand and closet but reeked a musty smell so could not hang any clothing. The bathroom had mold on the wall under the sink. The area was...

Resort is in a great location just blocks from the marina and across from the ocean. Rooms have been renovated and they all have nice balconies. Area has a great pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However there is no bar or restaurant. Staying here gives you access to the Regina club which has all the amenities one would...

Stayed here on an RCI exchange. Was pleasantly surprised based on other reviews. Had a first floor unit. Large comfortable bedroom with good bed and plenty of pillows. Mini kitchen good for making tea but would probably be a challenge to cook a meal. Not sure why would want to though with all of the restaurant options nearby. Larger fridge...

Cleanliness in Villa Vera is doubtful. I found a nasty old crusty underwear in the sofa, all sorts of things like dead bees are floating in the pool, there is a fridge in the room but no glasses nor coffee maker, one of the two TVs was down roght from the start, and the other one broke down. Management leaked...

Keys for the safe are provided at check-in. Our general manager has already reached out to you.

Have been down to PVR many times, but this was our 1st time at the Villa Verra. Enjoyed the quietness and when we were there the solitude (not many at the resort). It was nice to be able to use the facilities of the Regina across the street, though we used the pool area for sunning.. A Very clean resort even...

I did not like being charged fourteen plus dollars per day ceaning fee. That was over $100.00 for the stay. It was a hidden fee that was buried somewhere in the fine print. The fee should be up front and not pounced on you after arrival. I've been using AFVC since the 90's ano resort be ever charged a cleaning...

I'm sorry you were not advised in advance about the daily resort fee. We have the fee posted on the main page for Villa Vera Puerto Vallarta on our website and also printed on our confirmations. It appears you did not book directly with us. From what you wrote it looks like the booking company did have the information, but,...

“No elevators - so if stairs are an issue - ask for ground floor. Room 132 was in the building that backs onto the street...there is some bus noise beginning around 7am. If you are light sleeper this might be an issue.”
