Stayed here on an RCI exchange. Was pleasantly surprised based on other reviews. Had a first floor unit. Large comfortable bedroom with good bed and plenty of pillows. Mini kitchen good for making tea but would probably be a challenge to cook a meal. Not sure why would want to though with all of the restaurant options nearby. Larger fridge...

Cleanliness in Villa Vera is doubtful. I found a nasty old crusty underwear in the sofa, all sorts of things like dead bees are floating in the pool, there is a fridge in the room but no glasses nor coffee maker, one of the two TVs was down roght from the start, and the other one broke down. Management leaked...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The condition of the room you describe is not indicative of our standard and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay. Keys for the safe are provided at check-in. Our general manager has already reached out to you.

Have been down to PVR many times, but this was our 1st time at the Villa Verra. Enjoyed the quietness and when we were there the solitude (not many at the resort). It was nice to be able to use the facilities of the Regina across the street, though we used the pool area for sunning.. A Very clean resort even...

I did not like being charged fourteen plus dollars per day ceaning fee. That was over $100.00 for the stay. It was a hidden fee that was buried somewhere in the fine print. The fee should be up front and not pounced on you after arrival. I've been using AFVC since the 90's ano resort be ever charged a cleaning...

I'm sorry you were not advised in advance about the daily resort fee. We have the fee posted on the main page for Villa Vera Puerto Vallarta on our website and also printed on our confirmations. It appears you did not book directly with us. From what you wrote it looks like the booking company did have the information, but,...

Travelers beware!! Dont let the website photos of the pool/marina and rooms fool you. If you are lucky enough to be an actual member of the Raintree Vacation Club, you may get a half way decent room. otherwise you may be unfortunate enough to get a room like we had. Also this place should be rate a 1 star not...

This was a very pleasant stay. The huge pool was cleaned every morning and it is gorgeous and possibly heated. (there is also a small toddlers pool) Lots of loungers. Place was fairly busy during our stay, seemed to be many folks checking in as we were leaving. Because there is no bar or restaurant on site, Villa Vera is...

Stayed here during Spring break with a few friends. Very clean and good service. Nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast/snacks to save a bit of money. We had access to Raintrees Club Regina which gave us access to the beach and beach-front drink/food service. Only real criticism is that we did have money taken from our room. Not...

This was the worst RCI exchange we have ever experienced. Resort had no facilities whatsoever, such as restaurant, coffee shop, bar. Was next to impossible to find a bellman when needed help with groceries or luggage for that matter. If you enjoy a walk through a graveyard, this is the place for you.
