Hotel Eloisa is a wonderful place to stay with an absolutely fabulous location. out the door and within 4 blocks are some of the best places to eat in PV. in fact, some right out side the door. where beer is a dollar and cold with so many interesting people to meet. perhaps 3 minujtes to the beach and 1...

No Wifii, beds too hard, front counter reception staff rude. Do not recommend, for the same price we could had stated in a better hotel but because it was Christmas Day all hotels were booked. My five year old said he didn't like this hotel, it was too small.

Let me start off that we didn't expect to get such a great experience. The ac was great, the water pressure was great, the suite was roomy, the bed was just right, the balcony was perfect to view the mountains, the ocean, and the plaza. We were a short walk to the beach, the malecon , shops, and restuarants. We totally...

First of all this is a moderately-priced Mexican hotel so you have to make your comparisons based on similar types of hotels in the area. The location is in the heart of Zona Romantica where there are a plethora of restaurants, bars, galleries, and you're 100 meters from the beach. There are 2 types of rooms: inside facing where the...

Dark dinjy room, super hard, crappy beds. No phone, 1 plug. Bathroom constant smell of sewage. My husband was showering, the drain backed up & raw sewage came up... actual poop! We told front desk & she casually said they would take care of it, as if we were asking for new towels or something. I took her reaction like...

You don't even get what you pay for. 1 towel each, no hand towels, face clothes etc. If you use the pool, you have to take your room towel and then exchange for dry ones at the front desk. no phone in room, no deadbolts on doors. Clean but very basic. make sure you get the rooms with AC and...

This is a small hotel in old Puerto Vallarta. It's a good deal for the money, basic but clean and the staff are friendly. They'll hook you up, just ask for what you need. It's a good place to stay when on a budget, or if you prefer to spend your money on all the great food and art you...

Went to the hotel room which only had to double beds with a 30cm walking space between them, and one was against the wardrobe so there was no where to put your clothes, no air conditioning, and the floor was dirty. Asked for a room with A/C and the man at the front desk was not very helpful, had to...

Great location, friendly staff and great AC. Everyone was super helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Wifi was only available when we sat by the front desk, which was fine for us since we just needed it to Skype our kids. We had a suite and it was perfect for us! The refrigerator kept our water and beer cold. Bed...
