Very friendly staff, wonderful suite with balcony and ocean view, nice pool. Well furnished. Good television with a remote. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. The housekeeping was excellent, every day, very thorough. We will definitely return next year!!! And, lest I forget, the price of $117 per night for this large suite in the Romantic Zone and...

The staff could not be kinder, really great guys. Spacious room with kitchen, all quiet dated but very clean. We wanted a simple vacation and this was perfect and economical. Bed was good, bathroom small but kept very clean. The best thing is the perfect location, seconds to all the great restaurants, bars and the beach. It is priced accordingly...

This hotel has a perfect position a short walk from the beach. It's simple and basic but has everything you need at a very reasonable price. The rooms were clean. We'd recommend paying a bit more and getting a suite, which was very large and had a double balcony. The upper floors have a nice view out across PV. It's...

Don't get fool by the pictures and the nice reviews like "hidden gem". Only great thing about this place is location. Maids were friendly and nice. Amenities were really bad our room smells like wet dog even after cleaning and refreshing it. AC was broke the entire stay and they didn't give us at a fan, so we slept with...

The only word I can think of for this place is YUCK! Do not stay here unless you have no other options and then think again. Rooms are ugly and feel dirty, beds look like they might have bed bugs, no cups or shampoo in the bathroom, bed is hard and uncomfortable, a/c doesn't work, no hot water in the...

This is an excellent 3 star hotel. If you have the corrected expectations, you will love it here. This is not a 5 star resort, this is a very pleasant and modest Mexican hotel located in the heart of Zona Romantica. The hotel is a block and a half from the beach, and a block and a half from many...

If you want to avoid the sanitized resorts with the screaming kids, soccer moms and time share hustles - than make sure you book here. I've stayed at many Four Seasons and Ritz Carltons and have received less customer service than I've received here. This is an older property but you'll be right in the middle of everything. Steps to...

Extremely clean, spacious & comfortable accommodations in our 7th floor suite with spectacular views of the ocean from no less than 3 balconies. Centrally located in the Zona Romantica - couldn't be more convenient to restaurants & bars - but still very quiet. Staff was exceptional - always friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Right next door is Coco's Kitchen restaurant, which...

Arrived late. Placed in a spartan room. Booking.com charged me for a suite but listed it as a regular room. Managment moved me to the comfortable suite with these extras. Complete kitchenette, HD TV, great view, nice sitting area. Eat at Coco's next door. Great food at modest prices,

I had the very best stay at my favorite hotel recently from April 8 to April 22 2015. If I walked as slow as possible, I could be on the beach in 10 minutes. Each day a large beach towel at Reception. I had breakfast many mornings at their restaurant, and was always so very good. Luis the chef would...
