Just love coming here, home away from home! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon in 2019, brought my best friend this time! Was so happy to see Fabio, Ernesto, Oswaldo, Gilardo, Edgar, Emiliano, Ignacio, and Sandra, Eriberto! Perfectly safe, sanitary, comfortable, and welcoming. 10 out of 10 would recommend! 🔥🔥🤩🤩😎😎

Wonderful week at Villa Del Palmar. Facilities were clean, staff and guests observed mask wearing and weather was great. Staff was very helpful and Joel (local activity coordinator) went above and beyond to make our snorkeling trip work out. His sightseeing suggestions were dead on for us. Alex and Iris were our member concierge contacts and were fun and very helpful. A great week and will return!

We had a blast at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta! We spent the best vacation ever. Staff is amazing, very helpful, professional and super kind. You won’t be disappointed at this resort! A special thanks to Iris Luna(club manager), Abraham ( club activities manager), sweet Kary, Angel, Macías. I also want to thanks to all the beach waiters,Ernesto, Miguel, Francisco, Daniel , Rafael, and Bryan.A special mention to Georgina our concierge, always helping us on ours requests.Alexis and Michelle from front desk and Paul the best employee at The Palmita Market. The best housekeepers Guillermina and luz , that kept our room extremely clean. This has been the best vacation ever! We felt very safe, resort follows all the COVID protocols at its best, extremely clean, all staff wear face masks, hand sanitizer stations everywhere, and social distance is observed.
