We upgraded to a preferred room with a private jacuzzi. The staff was kind and helpful the food was perfect, the drinks were intoxicating and the facilities were top notch. Francisco at Capers is a magician. We had a vacation of a lifetime

All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The poolside and beachfront activities including water aerobics, water biking, zumba, volleyball, kayaking, and water polo were a blast. I would specifically like to acknowledge the efforts of Omar, Chavalita, Elizabeth, Tony, and Jamie. These folks quickly became true Amigos to our family....awesome folks. I never travel for the cuisine, but the food in both the buffet and restaurants was all fantastic!!

We just left now Amber after an amazing week stay with our family. I cannot speak highly enough of the service the staff was able to provide us each and every day. From breakfast in the morning to the service by the pool to dinner we never had an empty glass. The resort was extremely safe and followed covid protocols making us feel very comfortable during our visit. I want to give a special shout out for the pool waiters Alejandro, Omar, Fernando who always took amazing care of our family each and every day. Also the entertainment team was amazing as well with fun activities each and every day that our kids loved. Huge shout outs to Omar in entertainment and Chavito as well as Tony who did a great job! If you are looking for a little getaway I highly recommend now Amber Puerto Vallarta for your trip! …

I have been to at least 10 AMR resorts, some multiple times. This was my 3rd trip to this property, twice to Now and once to Secrets. This time we went as a group to Now. No little kids with us but chose the Now because this time of year our swim out rooms had sun all day vs Secrets side basically no sun. Our Master Suite Swim Out room was great. The patio needs a little attention but a great space and view. The waiters come right to our pool all day and you are never without a drink. Eric is hands down the best pool waiter. Food- of course it was great, always is. The Wine Room in Bordeaux, over the top. We were fortunate to eat there twice, the second time with Chef Marco personally introducing every course to our tables. Francisco in Capers, he's the man. All the other restaurants, fantastic. They even made the buffet work out nice with the Covid restrictions. Here is the part that I hope gets to the new Hotel Manager. This property has absolutely the best people working there. Adelina, the Spa girl that sells treatments, what a genuine fun nice person. BTW Adelina, say hi to your mom for us. Carlos Diaz, he made a negative into a positive big time for our group. Joaquin the butler, always checking on us. But, absolutely the best person at that hotel with the biggest heart is Brian Suarez. We had an very unfortunate situation in our group and Brian was dedicated to help us AND my friends even after our stay. Someone that goes that extra mile like he did for us, shows it is not just a job for him, but he is truly a nice person and now a friend. Thank you from all of us Brian. It's like we left new friends and we will most defiantly be back again.…
