My party of 6 arrived and the staff seemed disoriented. We had reservations for Sunday Brunch. They almost forgot to give us the mimosa's. They then seated us properly and we sat for about 15 minutes without anyone even asking us if we wanted water or coffee. I had to ask twice for water and coffee for the table. The...

Only pertains to a great dinner at the restaurant. We did not stay at this boutique hotel, so gave no review Of the rooms/suites, but the restaurant is a great experience for food, service and Mariachi music. Class place away from tourist stuff.

From the moment you step off the street into the series of haciendas combined into a small luxury hotel, you will be pampered and encouraged to relax. The staff greet you like family. There are three pools although we mainly use two of them as they have nice views and the third while open air is more inside an old...

Nobody else was there, which was a shame but I was early for Vallarta (7pm). Great food, awesome service, a good wine list and quite reasonable for the quality. A good view overlooking Centro Vallarta. Will return. The restaurant will close for 3 months from July 1.

We were so thrilled to find this hidden gem. We had an opportunity to look at almost every room and there wasn't a bad room in the whole house. Or four houses combined to make this lovely guest house with three pools. We stayed in the presidential suite which had sweeping views of Puerto Vallarta. Views were extraordinary. We had...

We brought 14 people here on May 30th for family dinner. The service and food were impeccable. They were so accommodating. There was a mixup and they thought the reservation was for 2 instead of 12! Plus we had two extra people come As well. They quickly rearranged and got us all seated. Thank you San Angel for making it...

I am having my wedding here, and wish I knew in advance what a pain they are to work with. They did let us know in advance that there is a mandatory 1h cocktail hour before returning to the chapel for the reception, but they did *not* tell us that *EVERYONE* is required to pay full price for the bar...

This place is always a hit. Excellent food, unbeatable views, and of course the Mariachis were the icing on the cake. Unfortunately the evening ended with everyone waiting at least 20 minutes for cabs to arrive. A disappointing ending to an otherwise great evening.

Had a fantastic dinner. If you have not been to Puerta Vallarta and don't know the area you may think your driver is taking you someplace pretty sketchy. Once the doors open you are in a magical place. Beautiful grounds and gardens that beg for you to explore. The dining area is large with well positioned tables to take full...

A little hard to find, no problem with a taxi. Environment is just incredible, and the service and food were simply well done. The view alone is a reason to go. When in town just GO!!! I would go back and stay in the Hotel, they showed us some of the rooms, just perfect.....
