We had a work vacation in June. From making the reservations to accommodate our needs to the arrival to departure the team went above the call of duty. Then add the perfect old world ambience made for a perfect 7 nights. Alejandro was always there and willing to help out. We will stay there again Sam & Ashan

We booked the hotel based on reviews from other guests and pictures on line. The hotel arranged for a car service to take us from the airport to the hotel. It was our first visit to Mexico and we were a little apprehensive. The car ride was fine, but the streets were VERY narrow and winding and steep. We stopped...

The hacienda is an amazing place. It spreads across the road where there are 2 suites above the chapel and there are lots of rooms in the main house area. We stayed in the Las Cruces Suite. This room has a great view of the mountains, church and ocean. The balcony is massive as was the shower. I think 10...

Our stay at Hacienda San Angel was perfect. The location is perfect for walking in town, experiencing the essence of the city and a short ride to the harbor and airport. The staff (with one exception) were all 10+ on my "accomodate me" scale. The food in the restaurant (dinner) was good and the Mariachi band was fantastic. The ambiance...

Couple of years ago, the restaurant of the Hacienda was an amazing place for the decor, the food quality as well as for the service. Unfortunately, nowadays, it's just a money factory for wealthy tourists. -Tables are squeezed together to increase the capacity -Extremely expensive. Overprized -Poor food quality and presentation -Unfriendly staff -Unacceptable waiters comments about gay clientele Being...

Dining in this restaurant is truly a dreamy experience! From the moment the door opens it is glorious! Beautiful building, flowers, statues and fountains! The food here is great! My favorite is the angel hair with shrimp and scallops. The wait staff is great and the mariachi band is lovely! A must- see!!!

one of the most lovely dining experiences we have ever enjoyed. the musicians are fabulous, the views are stunning, the story of the buildings is mesmerizing, the food is perfection and walking up to the big wooden door you have absolutely no idea what to expect, pulling the string to have someone answer the door and then you walk into...
