My wife and I stayed here for the first time back in February and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We had a corner suite and loved it! We found the service everywhere to be phenomenal and the food was great! We thought the Japanese restaurant was top notch for food and service, the steakhouse was good for food and excellent service, and the Mexican restaurant was fantastic but the service was just ok compared the Mousai. The views from the rooftop pool are incredible. We are not part of the “timeshare” or vacation group and never once felt any pressure. We also never really felt like our service or experience was any less. We would absolutely stay here again and rank it overall in our top 5 experiences.

This is our third time to the hotel mousai. We are never disappointed. Great service, amazing food, beautiful rooms, and the best infinity pool in the area! We will definitely return! The all-inclusive experience is by far the best. The food showcases local seafood and fantastic Mexican specialties.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel with breathtaking views! The food and drinks are great, and the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing! It’s a little far from the airport, but feels nice and secluded. The hotel staff and service were top notch.

Noisy neighbors, blaring music with 3 reports made by us. Couldn’t sleep, couldn’t go on balcony and use hot tub or hammock, SO LOUD. Staff did nothing except say it was first time hearing about the disturbance each time we would call. Finally when security did come, they visited the neighbors then came directly to our room next to ask if noise was better!? Great, just what we needed to have people mad at us while staying on a vacation without our kids - first one in 13 years just us. Wished we had stayed anywhere else as it seemed to get worse even. Then we spend over an hour moving rooms, get settled just now at 11pm and they move us into a room with a TV that doesn’t work. This kind of money just could be better spent. Obviously had we had respectful neighbors this wouldn’t have happened but then again, definitely the staff could have done more to make us feel like they cared. Time is one thing in life you only get so much of and I feel kind of robbed, my wife just wants to go to bed snd I have a headache. Not happy…
