Mike, Irma and Tatiana are incredible! Our experience was wonderful. Beautiful room, amazing staff and an awesome guided experience into the mountains! From the moment we arrived we felt like we were staying with family. Their warm staff and general happiness for life is contagious. Thank you so much!

It makes no sense to stay anywhere else. The location is absolutely perfect for daily walks through the romantic zone of old town and is only a few blocks from the beach. Why trap yourself in an all inclusive resort when you can actually enjoy the city you are visiting? The proximity to great restaurants, night life, and the Malecon...

Lovely stay at the Hacienda Alemana. Transferred from one of the big empty mega-resorts outside the city and felt instantly at home; I called late early evening, they said come over, took me to my sweet little suite and said, Relax. No check-in, no credit cards, no worry - just relax. Doesnt get better. Went down a little later for...

We've spent my girlfriend and I 5 nights by Irma and Mike : our stay in the Hacienda Alemana was just perfect. The room was lovely : king size bed, calm, well decorated, big shower and view on the garden. Every morning you have a home made breakfast you share with Irma and Mike : the best ones during our...

Mike is very centered on offering value through incredible service. I had somewhat unorthodox check-in, check out requirements and he accommodated me 100%. The place itself is gorgeous and as solidly built as any place I've ever stayed in Mexico - you will be surprised how positively that will affect your sense of comfort and "gemuetlichkeit". I'll be back...

We stayed at Hacienda Alemana during the 'low season' and found it to be a great value and excellent accommodation. The property and room itself were beautiful and well maintained. The secluded courtyard and pool were a welcome oasis when we wanted to get away from the crowds near the beach - which is just a short walk away. Air...

Hacienda Alemana is a beautifully decorated hotel in Puerto Vallarta with five minutes to walk to the beach. The swimming pool in the charming inner courtyard provides peace and silence and is perfect for relaxation. Impeccable room service and cleanliness. Friendly and helpful personnel.
