This was our first time staying at the lovely La Casa Que Canto hotel. We have previously vacationed to Mexico in Playa del Carmen area but primarily in Cabo so we didn't really know what to expect of Zihuantenejo or LCQC. Needless to say, it met and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is quiet, like, so quiet for awhile I...

My wife and I have been coming to Zihuatanejo since 2005. We have only stayed at this hotel because after our first visit, we did not want to risk experiencing anything less elsewhere. Although there are many beautiful hotels in the area, our experience here never ceases to amaze, each visit. The staff, the food, the room, the views, the...

This was our third trip to Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo but the first time staying at La Casa Que Canta. The hotel is an oasis of quiet sea breezes, with beautiful views of the bay of Zihuatanejo, and the town itself. What makes the hotel really stand out is the people. From the hotel manager to the housekeeping staff. From the front desk...

This place does it all the right way. In suite pools, private nooks to hang all over, awesome food, and a friendly attentive staff. All of this close enough to walk to the beach or into town. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had dinner at the restaurant of this small boutique hotel and it definitely is a "wow" experience. It is located on a hill overlooking Zihautanjeo Bay and has a gorgeous view of the bay with sailboats anchored, the beaches and the town of Zihautanjeo The dinner is a fixed price ($42 US) with a three course menu. There are...

Beautiful resort. The pool has the most amazing view. The staff and rooms were first class. Loved the flowers on the bed. The food was great. The beach was a Short walk. Ixtapa was a short taxi ride. A great resort for couples.

Well worth the extra bucks to get a room with a pool. We had a private elevator to ours. We only visited the salt water pool once & did not go in fresh water pool.. why?, we had our own! Place is gorgeous, staff is amazing, massage & facial awesome! We loved the hotel, but still in dirty Mexico with...

we dined there on a Sunday for a special ocassion. I ordered the fish of the day, done Veracruz style. I asked if it could be done without olives and they said yes. My fish arrived with olives and it was only lukewarm. The view was great, but that was the only thing that was exceptional.

This is our second time staying at this marvel of a hotel. The architect really had a vision: a sandcastle on the beach. Everywhere you look - inside & out, down any hallway or in any room - there is something amazing. The views, the art, the sculpture and design of the hotel itself. No detail has escaped attention, and...
