What an amazing place. From the moment you enter the tranquil and private entrance you will be engulfed by the atmosphere. An exhale escapes as you are lifted to a new level of peace. The staff moves effortlessly behind the scene to provide anything you wish. Your privacy is respected. Leaving the lovely room with the beautiful open architecture and...

The dinner was 3 course with"18 % gratuity included" as we left we were asked why we did not leave a tip? It was embarrassing! Food was good, setting great. Disappointed in our evening!if in fact we misinterpreted the menu it was our fault, but I wonder.menu is quite limited.

No wonder it's ranked as the #1 Most Romantic Hotel by Travel + Leisure. From the leaf and flower petal designs created nightly on our bedspread to the secluded sunbathing sanctuaries overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay to the extraordinary service and breathtaking views from our private terrace, this luxury boutique hotel is a destination in itself. We will be back!

Great dinner. Great crowd My kind of people. But waiting 1/2 hour for a glass of water? I know this is Mexico where people are not in a hurry , and they are right. But anywhere on earth, even in restaurants 10 times cheaper, if it is hot, and they know it, you get some water, which they sell anyway,...
