They were jackhammering on the roof all day, loud music at night from nightclubs. Not a good experience. No one speaks English. They did fix things right away as they were turning water on and off while doing construction. Internet signal was weak and I had to go outside my room to get even little signal.

Good location, street noise is loud if in a street side room. Basic Spanish is required to communicate with front desk but you should know the basic language of any country you are visiting!! - Imagine if someone visited your Country without know a word of your spoken language. Front desk staff were all friendly and appreciated the attempt at...

You get what you pay for and boy did we find that out. I will go down the of what we thought of our stay there. First of all we had roaches in our room, the air conditioning was terrible and most of the time we had no or little hot water for bathing. The staff was nice but nobody...

As one of only two hotels left on a last minute family vacation we were left no choice but to stay here for 1 night. No one speaks English, fair enough. But my room key did not work and after doing the stairs 8 times (trying new room keys over and over unsuccessfully) with my two young children, did the...

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now for 10 days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most rooms good. Have small fridge. Pool is not the best, Quite small. They did get some new lounges last year. Walking distance to many good restaurants and the beach, Will be staying there again in March. Great Value!

This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed at this hotel. It is a clean, quiet hotel, right on a quiet beach. Hotel pool is kept clean, staff friendly. We stayed in suite 119 with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room. Patio right outside the front door, pool next to suite located on ground level. Frustrating...

Arrived in Zihuatanejo without a clue where to stay. I was there to Fish so I found the fishing pier first. This hotel is a block and a half away. I would compare it to any motel 6 back in the U.S. It was everything I needed. None of the staff spoke English. The stairs are faster than the elevator....

The name says it all, but its not a hotel for everyone. Since we were only staying for one night we wanted a low priced centrally located hotel . If you need to stay for more than two nights and want full service, beach front access, and rooms with an oceanview then stay away from here. The room was okay,...

The Good - can't beat this location for proximity to shopping, restaurants and the municipal beach. You are in the middle of Centro. The Bad - everything in the room is ancient. Bathrooms are badly in need of major renovation. AC is too noisy to sleep with it on but you'll be too hot with it off. Weekends the noise...

We had been staying at Hotel Celeste for 2 nights at a time but moved because of noise till 5am on Fri/Sat nights. We went looking for an inexpensive hotel that had a/c and small fridge. There were hotels that were cheaper and nicer but did not offer what we were looking for. The hotel is much older. We found...
