Went there for a business trip with my sister and stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. The facilities are beautiful and the facility has taken every precaution to keep everyone safe regarding COVID. The room that we got had great views to the shopping area and bed was very comfortable. Hotel is located in a very posh shopping area with high end stores and eateries. The constant police presence makes everyone more comfortable, especially if two females are walking back to the hotel late at night after their dinner. My only complaint is that I would expected more from the concierge or even front desk. I had asked concierge a question 24 hours before my arrival and didn’t get a response until the night before I left. Front desk could be friendlier as well. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Would stay there again and highly recommend it.…
I came to Guadalajara for a Business trip and was booked at the Hyatt by my company. The stay was amazing, the cleanliness, staff, covid protection, to the food was above and beyond what I expected. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with my stay.
Like they say in real estate it’s all about the location. And this hotel is located in a great area of a shopping and dining complex. No need for a card here !! The complex and hotel are spotlessly clean. The area is bustling in the day as well as the evening. Very much enjoyed dining and shopping here. Hotel is located at one end of the complex. With that said, this is a very busy property end it felt somewhat chaotic from arrival until you get to your room. From the initial contact with the valet, doorman, front desk etc it felt like they were overwhelmed. As a result of this I felt Front of the house staff was lukewarm at yes and not very friendly. First impressions mean a lot to me. However the rooms were great at the food and beverage and service in those areas was fantastic. Tip: Like those hotels they have a system where you need to place your room key against a pad to enable the elevator to operate. I am a season traveler and am used to this however in this hotels case you’re only allowed to go to the floor that your room is on which can be quite problematic if you’re traveling with others who are on different floors. A very inconvenient feature. No way to go to each others rooms if you need to pick something up or if you need to visit. You must go to the lobby level to retrieve something your friend took to his or room by accident And you cannot go to each other’s room and enjoy a visit unless you are together. I would stay here again due location and The quality of the food and beverage the service in that department. For club level guests they have a Regency club which is full-service and quite spacious. They also do a very nice job with room service with tasty food and prompt service. …
The employees here are the assets. The hotel is clean and takes extra precautions for Covid mitigation. The rooms are bright during the day and has wonderful view of the city. The only thing I would like them to do is lessen the motion sensor lights in the bathroom at night.
This was among the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor throughout and the pool area was stunning. Amazing views as well. I also appreciated how attentive the staff was and how clean my room was.
