This a really nice place to stay . Rooms are clean and nice . The staff is really attentive. Since the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and treat you great. We live in Los Angeles and we forgot our phone In the room we stayed in . Staff member named Daniel did everything in his power to get us our phone back . Daniel was beyond helpful in getting us our phone back that we left . I recommend this place to anyone who is going to Guadalajara. We definitely will stay here next time we come .

We arrived very early in the morning, and the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage and get a room ready for us by noon, free of charge. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Very much appreciated the black out mechanical curtains. no issues with this stay whatsoever. The hotel is a few short blocks from the Cathedral, so it was very convenient to the sites and restaurant, but just far enough away that it was not noisy.

This is an excellent boutique hotel centrally located in the city - walking distance to the historical centre, market, restaurants etc. Concierge (Victor) service was excellent, and room 314 was clean, spacious, peaceful and quiet. Recommend staying here - hope to come back here and visit beautiful Guadalajara again.
