Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful rooms, excellent food and cocktails in the restaurants, and a super team working in the hotel. Hotel style is an excellent mix of modern and eclectic tastes. Of particular note: tuna tostadas are not to be missed!

This is a beautiful Hotel, with interesting art and decor. Its central to everything. I hosted a trip for a few of my friends and was very excited to be staying here. ONLY to be treated very rudely by the staff at the front desk. We constantly felt like we were being an inconvenience for asking for simple things: Heater,... More

This is a nice boutique hotel great location, very nice art and good bar. If you're in the Guadalajara area and want to stay at a modern place this is the location for you, if your thing is a walking distance from bars & nightlife this spot won't disappoint you.

The hotel is maravilloso!! Just left for airport. Angel, the manager, and the whole staff were absolutely warm and welcoming and professional. The architecture and furnishings are very modern with beautiful antiquedades. Neighborhood really cool. We'll be back! James

By far the coolest hotel I have ever been to! Excellent service, design, food, cleanliness, location, and more! In person the pool was even more breathtaking and the views from there were spectacular! Our room was a cozy, artistic, beautiful room with great equipment and design. The pictures do not even do it justice! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel... More

I have been to Guadalajara a few times and usually stay at larger hotels; this time I decided to try a small (37rooms) local boutique hotel. LOVED IT. Super modern hotel: lobby, room, resto, pool. All amazing! Service was great. Emailed ahead of time to confirm a few things and they got right back at me. Even recognized me at... More

This was my first time in Guadalajara and I was amazed to see how big and fancy this city is. A great example of this is this fabulous hotel in the heart of one of the most important areas. This new concept of hotel decoration involves street art, vintage elements and dark and strong colors. It's fancy and luxurious. I... More

We spent three beautiful nights at this magnificent little gem. The architecture is astonishing with a modern minimalist style but with warming wood and old accents. The room decor differs from one to the next. This is a small 35 room boutique hotel. Very comfortable beds with floor to ceiling windows. The layout and style of the rooms though elegant... More

The Demetria has a great staff and location, and some beautiful, artistic public spaces. The rooms, however, are overly designed obstacle courses utterly unsuited to a comfortable stay. Imagine a room with a bed so soft and so low you can barely get out of it, no bedside tables at all, a television cantilevered over the bed that you can... More

“Should go for a suite. Regardless, have them show you the room when checking-in because they are all different.”
  • Obviously during the day there is tons of light.
  • Turndown service available, they left us a little treat (very tasty!)
  • Large tub, fits two people. Has a sound system, very relaxing.
  • Complementary water, candle was ours.
