Loved this hotel. Got a great deal for a quick getaway weekend. The beds were heavenly and true to the hype, great rest, great reception - no hassle, booked through Orbitz. The location targets business type trips, since it is in front of the Expo and near the city's World Trade Center; however off traffic hours you are able to...

The room was very nice and clean. The Concierge and front desk staff were nice and helpful. Next to the convention center. The fitness center is also good and well equipped. 20 to 30 minutes away from most of Guadalajara's main attractions

What a wonderful experience at the hotel. The extremely gracious Eduardo Villan enthusiastically upgraded me to a lovely suite with soaking tub and windowed shower, recognizing my Platinum Starwood status. 2 bathrooms, a living room with floor to ceiling glass and an in room nespresso machine made for a delightful stay. There's a lovely breakfast spread on 2 but don't...

This is a newish, comfortable hotel that meets international standards. My room on the 11th floor felt clean. I liked the spacious bathroom, efficient work desk and comfortable couch in the room. Hotel has a well-appointed gym and wonderful breakfast buffet and indoor/outdoor eating area. Liked the patio with fireplaces outside the bar. Location isn't central but it's only a...

Stayed here for 5 nights in late February. It was near a place where we needed to be. We hummed and hawed about weather or not a pool was needed. In the end we bent to our SPG points needs. When we arrived we went to check in. There did not seem to be an SPG gold line (there had...

This is a hotel that does probably cater to international travelers. The rooms were luxurious and priced reasonably. My drinks and other incidentals were less than $70 for four days and I put away a lot of wine:). Internet service was good and I enjoyed my stay.
