Good spot in Centro IF you get a room not facing the Main Street. Nice bed and shower with nice towels and linens. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast (included). Also enjoyed dinner. Good wines available.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and nice. The only negative (and it is a very small one) is that they were slightly slow in responding to things....like extra towels, and fixing the in room safe. However, we would defiantly stay there again...it was actually very nice, and wonderful staff. The Majestic Hotel in Mexico City could learn from this hotel....

Great location, charming and well maintained. Close to almost everything in the Zona Centro and other attractions. The service staff was very helpful though super slow. Would recommend to anyone visiting GDL.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is well located in Guadalajara"s downtown. The building and decorations are amazing and well kept, with several seating areas in the different "patios". The service and food are great. We went for a weekend and we want to come back for more days. One of the best hotels that I have been to in...

I have nothing else but good things to stay about the hotel. Staff is very courteous, professional and very accommodating. Hotel is centrally located to major highways and attractions. Very good breakfast buffet and dinner selections. Although it is located in a very busy area, hotel is very quiet which was a big plus for us. Highly recommend Hotel Morales.

This hotel is just beautiful, it has a history and charm. The employees (from reservations, reception, bell boys, housekeeping, to restaurant waitress and waiters) all were wonderful and helpful. It's location is perfect. Our group (14 people) were happy with the service. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you.

Hotel was located ideally in the historic area, easy walking to historic sights. All staff, (front desk, concierge, bellman, restaurant, housekeeping, driver) were very helpful and pleasant. Another PLUS was the airport shuttle service offered through the hotel, very convenient..
