Our group arrived a couple of hours before our room was ready, but the receptionist offered us a place to store our luggage while we began exploring the city. El centro histórico is literally a 3 min walk away from the hotel...

Very beautiful hotel. Nobody told me how to use the card when I entered the room. Luckily I seen a staff and he instructed me on how to use it so the lights could turn on. The ac had a really bad smell.

We went to Guadalajara for a quick 3 day birthday trip in April and were so glad that we chose the Hotel Morales. It had beautiful common areas, a nice restaurant, the rooftop pool was warm enough to swim in, the room was plenty large (we got the standard queen), and the staff were all very nice. We also did...

The concierge has lots of helpful info, and the front door staff can always get you the best taxi rates. Good air conditioning and noise proofing in the...

We ate at the restaurant 3x and the food is good and reasonably priced. The concierge Miguel was helpful in explaining how to take...

This is a beautiful hotel, located right in the center of the city. You can walk almost everywhere from here. The staff was helpful and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast. I loved the period furniture and historic ambience.

We enjoyed the lovely hotel, the view from the fourth floor terrace, and the quiet location. The staff was very helpful and kind. We especially appreciated being able to leave our suitcases at the front desk after checking out so that we could continue touring the city.
